The worst transportation experience ever

Don't buy any monthly subscription from DB, the subscription is not 30 days, it will end on day 30, and if you bought the subscription after day 10 you won't be able to cancel before the end of the following month. And if you try to get help from customer service it will be useless, they will tell you pay or we will send the agency after you. I paid 2 months subscription while I only used it for 7 days. No need to speak about the train delays and cancellations, everyone knows even tourists like myself. Horrible experience and unfair and twisting way to rip you off. Pay more with daily tickets to protect your pocket from such a hustle.
