Order never received and no response to emails

I placed an order with DEUX-OUTLET on August 26, but now, more than two weeks later, I still haven’t received my package. The UPS tracking status indicates that they never received the parcel from the sender.

I’ve contacted DEUX-OUTLET multiple times by email to ask for clarification and a solution (either delivery or a refund), but I have received no response at all.

This is extremely frustrating and very disappointing. As a customer, I feel completely ignored. I would advise others to think twice before ordering from this webshop.
