Bought an extractor hood made by Devanti, the product is good, looks nice, works okay and was value for money.
But customer service if anything goes wrong , is another story.
A small part of the product arrived broken and after jumping through hoops, was told that they don't have the part and won't be restocking it.
How do you not have spare parts for your own product.

I have it set up, just as in the picture. It was almost easy to set up, once we figured (not stated in the instructions), that the black collar needs to be removed if not using one of those big water bottles but the provided containers instead.

Unfortunately, the water doesn't get very cold. I checked online and it apparently only cools to 10-12 deg C, which is obviously not as cold as a fridge.

The hot water works well and provides hot water any time it's needed, however, as I only use it for one cup of coffee per day, in the morning, I'm not sure of the size of the container and how many cups it would provide before needing to reheat.

It's quite a bit bigger than I expected. I bought the one that sits on the side (not the one with the floor stand/cupboard) and it stands quite high. It's on the kitchen countertop; I'm 167cm tall and can only just reach the top of it to top the water up.

I've had it about a month now and it's working well. I use, maybe four litres of cold water from it per day and just keep topping it up as I'm going. I did take about ten litres out of it in one go about a week ago and the water in the bottom container got really low, resulting in water from the top container no longer filtering through to the bottom container. I Googled possible reasons which stated that there was possibly an air lock. We took it all apart and shook the hell out of the top container which has the white dome and put it all back together. Sorted...bubble and air lock gone...all working soundly again!
