We are new to this group but Greg and his team have got an amazing support network in place. The process is so well thought out. We have been given extremely useful advice in the few weeks we've been part of the group but also made huge changes to how our business works. There is a huge library of training materials that you can do at your own pace but the team also make you accountable for acting on the advice.

Greg is a brilliant mentor/coach. I joined the Big Wins course & it has completely changed the way I think about my business now. It’s so clear & is always on hand to help answer questions when needed as well as motivating us. This course, for even someone like me who isn’t particularly technologically minded found each step easy to understand. He also provides us with contract templates. The 1-1 call is really useful too. I used it when I needed it, rather than just for the sake of it & that was invaluable. I would highly recommend Greg & the courses he provides. I have came across Greg's book by searching systems for small construction company. I have read his book which is very well written with a lot of good information.
Having read his book this has really help me understand how important it is to have systems in place.

I was looking to learn from someone who has been there, has done that kind of thing. Greg has been there, done that.
So I have signed up to mastermind group and that was the best decision so far this year. It help us take on another member of staff in the office, it help us win bigger projects but most importantly put systems in place to deal with the bigger project.

Greg is an outstanding person, backed by a lot of experience in construction always has a solution to any of the issues. Since I have started the training I have a lot of new projects come in with much higher values than usual thanks to Greg's campaigns and I'm now setting up all the procedures and systems in place to move away from the day-to-day operations. A good insightful course. Great content on how to market your business to take it to the next level and what pitfalls to watch out for. My only hesitation to do the course was the price but I can say it's well worth the money and would definitely recommend it.
