Very packed course! A huge amount of content and all broken down into bit size chunks so easy to go back and forth as needed.

Great online course. working my way through it now and plenty of golden nuggets and value.

Just started on the Online Property Developers Blueprint and working my way through steadily. The course is clearly laid out, easy to navigate through and follow. It is very relatable so as a beginner  it offered me the ease i need to learn the basics quickly, at my pace and confidently develop and not get overwhelmed

I’ve been in housebuilding for over 20 years but wanted some help and direction to help me build properties for myself. Done loads of research and then watched lots of Andy’s you tube videos and finally took the plunge to take the course, in doing so this has given me the knowledge pre build along with how to work out the cost of a project to see if it is viable or not. Great course would recommend

Absolute shit company to deal with, Andy and Sam are only in it for the money and couldn’t care less about any of the people that does their training. They took my money for an online course I purchased and kicked me out because I spoke the truth and they don’t like that. If you speak out of turn (the truth) they block you from their socials. They make out that everyone they meet are friends for life but that couldn’t be further from the truth. So do your self a favour and save your money.
They used me for content and didn’t ask if I was happy to do so. They make out they help you with developments when they don’t. They stole my friends pictures of his development from his agents website.
I know numerous people who have got in contract with me about how unhappy they are with them, they have remortgaged their homes only to be let down by Andy and Sam,

All of the information provided by Andy, is relayed in a logical sequence and easy to understand and follow.

Finding the blue print course is so valuable, so much great information and great value for money. I’ve wanted to get this for a while now ever since listening to the property blueprint on audio inspired by Andy’s journey,we’ve been digesting all the information and putting things into action, exited to see where the journey takes us.

I found the videos really helpful, Andy really knows his stuff and I really recommend them if starting out in property development.

Andy and Sam are welcoming hosts and the network and community they have created is phenomenal. Developing homes teaching, mentoring & support is world class and it is great to be apart of the community.

One of the most inspirational and useful courses I’ve ever experienced. Genuinely good advice and packed with content. So happy to have done this and leaving very keen to start my development journey. I am an architect so some content was familiar but I still learned a great deal. I just wanted to say a few words about the developing homes online training for anyone who is on the fence.

As someone who’s been in the building game for a long time and is looking to break into my own development - this programme has been invaluable.

Andy breaks down the development process from start to finish leaving no stone unturned. The programme is step, by step… by step.

There are many costly things that can be missed or overlooked when developing a piece of land if you don’t know what you’re doing. I would have 100% made costly mistakes and I’ve been in the industry for 15 years. I now have a playbook that I can refer to as I go through each step of the development process to avoid them.

One thing I’ve learned - the development game is the building game on steroids.

Andy has done a fantastic job of shedding light on the other side of things. Planning permission, site appraisals, working out GDV. Funding. The lot.

If you’re looking to get into development, get this training.

Bought both the project management and developing homes online courses. Really impressed. High quality information presented in an easy to understand way. Tools like the deal analyser are incredibly useful. Will definitely attend one of Andy’s in person workshops when he does the next one. Enjoy learning new things and this is all first class.
