Before joining the Devprop course, I had been contemplating leaving my corporate career to pursue working for myself. I had over two decades of project mamagement experience but wast'nt sure what i wanted to do.
I had seen some property development courses advertised and was following them on social media, but hadnt really made any real initiate to dig deeper.
It took a redundancy to get me motivated and start looking into property development courses.
The more I researched, the more i knew that this was for me.
I spent a couple of weeks deep diving into a few course providers including Devprop industries.
Devprop stood out from the rest as they were actual property developers, the course was well structured and over six months, where other course providers were selling completion in 6 weeks which didnt seem realistic.

Prior to joining the program, I was lacking the confidence and knowledge to undertake a small development. While i had lots of project management experience, i didnt understand the process of property development, the various stages, structuring, finance, and approvals, etc.

Devprop gave me the knowledge and the opportunity to apply the course work to a reference project and have fortnightly sessions to ask questions and discuss the application of the course work to the development project.
Each week I developed more awareness around the intricacies of property development and how I could apply this information to a real life development.
I gained more confidence in my ability to undertake a small scale developpment and often felt like i should have done this course much earlier.
The big shift for me while undertaking the course was the realisation that once you understand the process and the requiremetns that they can be applied to almost any type of development.

Since joing the course I've become more confident in my ability to undertake a development. I've had doscussion with consultants, lawyers, accountants, townplanners, builders, designers, and finance brokers, which have been instrumental with building my confidence, and also cementing the relationships i need to undertake developments.
I'm now at the point where I am setting up my development company and searching for sites to develop.

Dan provided very concise information throughout the course delivery. DevProp's video library of previous sessions is also a great value add resource enabling students to get perspective from multiple classes and many different strategies.
Their dedication to student outcomes is great and it's been a pleasure to go through the course.

I have been in the building industry for most of my life. I feel blessed to have come across DevProp Industries. I’ve found all my dealings with DevProp amazing clear and transparent information of what the current market industry of property development. All questions get answered. Also loved the structure loved the structure of the teaching process. It is a lot of work but worth it, for my situation anyway. Every day I felt like I was learning and moving forward with confidence. Grateful I am part of that community, I wish them all the best in the future.

I joined DevProp because I was serious about understanding property development properly, not just guessing my way through it.

Once I got into the program and started working through the practical coursework, it became pretty clear I’d been barking up the wrong tree with a few of the directions I thought I wanted to pursue.

The coursework is well structured because it actually makes you do the work. It pushes you out of your comfort zone to ring brokers, speak to builders, start building a network and make the connections you’ll need in the real world.

The calls and community are great, but the biggest value for me has been being able to soundboard real things — deal ideas, strategy, builder quotes, broker terms — with Daniel and Remo.

Seeing others in the cohort actively working on projects has also been motivating. I’m applying what I’m learning to a real project we’re looking to start, which changes the way you engage with the material.

Overall, the community is strong, but the resources and access to experience inside the program are worth the entry fee alone.

Before joining DevProp I had been part of another property development program where I learnt a lot and built a solid foundation around the basics of development. That experience helped me understand the theory, but I still felt unsure about how to actually move forward with a real project.

Since joining DevProp my learning has accelerated significantly and I have gained a much clearer understanding of the development process from start to finish. The biggest difference for me has been the practical guidance and support from people who are actively doing developments themselves.

Dan and Remo have both been an amazing support throughout the process. Being able to ask questions and get practical feedback has made a huge difference and has given me the confidence to keep progressing.

Since joining DevProp I have now progressed my first development project and recently lodged a Development Application with council for a three dwelling project in Kurri Kurri. Reaching that milestone has been really exciting and shows what is possible when you have the right support and guidance.

What I really appreciate about DevProp is that it is welcoming for people at different stages. Whether you are just starting out or already learning about development, the program gives you the structure, support, and confidence to take the next step.

I would highly recommend DevProp to anyone interested in property development

I recently completed the property development course with Dev Prop and thought it was excellent. The course strikes a great balance between solid theory and real-world practical insight. Dan clearly knows his stuff and explains the development process in a way that’s both accessible and grounded in actual experience. Since completing the course, I’m now undertaking a 14-unit industrial development on the Fraser Coast — something that wouldn’t be happening without the confidence and knowledge gained from the course.

The course followed a clear concise path to build up your knowledge and in my mind covered the complete range of skills that you require to start your own property developments. The interaction with the guides of the course was valuable and always forthcoming. I loved the social catch up that we did with other students doing the course in our area. It shows me that the aim if the course was not merely to extract fees, but to create a community that can work together on future projects and or feed off each others experiences.

The Course was very practical, hands-on and filled with relevant information. Daniel was an excellent tutor and has years of personal experience in Property Development. He was able to refer to actual Case Studies and real-life examples. This course is for the absolute beginner, novice and experienced developer wanting to upskill.

I am continuing my education with Devprop. It’s been a great experience so far. I am learning everything in detail starting from research, due diligence, acquisition, market research, feasibility and much more and continuing. This education is well above from what I had seen in the others that I lost my time and money to . I am proud to belong here as it is such a supportive community.
