They make every picture look 10x better than what the product actually is. Some of the accessories are fine but I wouldn't order any dresses from them, it's mostly poorly made polyester clothing in my experience.

Do not order from here. I ordered a bag for my daughter for going back to school, payed a high price for it and after less than 2 months of use it literally began to fall apart at the seams. I have contacted them about this a few times and they refuse to offer any help or support, subpar products at high end prices.

I got my shoes, it took about 3 weeks to get to me but so worth the wait! they’re perfect!

I haven't ordered much from here but the things I did buy were good! The jeans are super comfortable and the tights are well made! I will say be careful with the sizing as it can be a bit snug if you get your exact size. Everything I got looked exactly like the pictures and felt soft!

I won’t be buying from devil inspired again. It is not cool to take money for something that isn’t in stock. Then to not refund when you say you are doing it. Then seem not wildly bothered about any of it when the customer asks for it to be looked into. Really shoddy.

I brought 2 Witches Hats and 3 Finger Band Bracelets and I love. They arrived very quickly. I am glad I took a chance and did not let the negative reviews put me off. Everything as expected.This is my first and I would happily recommend Devil Inspired.
Major quality issues
Recieved item with major quality issues, contacted them within 3 days to exchange for the same item, and they asked for photos. It's been a month and have yet to respond. I'm now stuck with an item which cannot be worn properly.
How to get your full refund (not a scummy partial refund)!
PSA: You will only get a full 100% refund for unwanted items if they have been DELIVERED, and then you lodge a (self-paid) return within THREE days.
You will LOSE MONEY and only receive 65% to 80% refund if you instead cancel your order before it ships.
So, it is best NOT TO CANCEL an order for a refund - wait the five months or so until it is delivered - and then you can return it (quickly within 3 days!!) for the full refund.

I had no problems everything is good and arrived like promised
I bought 2 times from them they all arrived and nothing was wrong. The quality is also really good. Keep in mind that with the sizing you need to order bigger so look at the size instructions and mesure yourself before you order. with shoes i normally have zise 39 europian and i ordered size 41 because i was worried it would be too small so keep in mind to check before you order. Also look at the processing time. Overall i am happy with my orders

I really don't understand the negative reviews. I was hesitant to order but decided to because of the positive reviews here. YES - shipping is not fast. If you bear this in mind when you order, you will have a seamless experience. I ordered the Devilinspired x Harry Potter cosplay and the quality is amazing. I am really happy with my purchase and will be using their website again.
Didn't receive $150 worth of items
I liked the things I did get but they charged me 150 dollars for two sets of pajamas that they never shipped. Ive emailed them multiple times and they just won't respond.

I was worried about ordering from Devil Inspired due to a few bad reviews of their customer service I saw. But i loved a couple of dresses that weren’t available anywhere else, so I gave them a chance. The first dress arrived today and I LOVE it! Its an amazing design, really high quality and fits true to the measurements on the site. Customer service responded to a question I had within a day. No complaints, really happy I took the gamble, and can’t wait for my pre-order dress to arrive!

I've read a few stories, some positive and some negative reviews. Couldn't drag my way through them. Anyway, this is my story.
I thought I ordered on time. It was for my daughter's Prom. I figured a month was adequate. However I had not read the processing time. So it would have been too late. So exchanged for one that only had 2 days processing. In the meantime I was only offended 65% of the purchase price. I had said to my daughter I'd have made her dress, but she was happy with was extremely excited for new one arriving. I had to add extra for the exchange. A strange way of calculating but i did it. Here I am now still waiting with plenty of time before her prom. I was told it was in stock, in the sale and had 2 days processing and FedEx of 9 days. I confused back and forth with questions. To then be told it would be shipped in July. THE PROM WAS JUNE 21ST. I have sinced cancelled. Extremely disappointed. Seems I was receiving emails from one party and another from another party. With messages of sorry for the late response.
I will not be shopping from this platform ever again. I will encourage my daughter not to want anything. Whatever devilinspired have got, I will make it myself.
I will be checking what I have paid abd see if it all adds up. If not, my next step is to go and put in a dispute via my payment platform and try and recover any lost money's.
Make of this as you will, it is a terrible shame.
Wrong sized dress and terrible customer service
I have ordered from Devilinspired several times with little to no issue. But then this January I ordered a dress and a couple of accessories. It took three months and nothing had been shipped, I had to write to their customer support email and ask what was going on. They wouldn’t tell me when my order would get to me or anything else. Just that the accessories were still being made, so I asked if they could just send the dress as I really needed it for an event. They ended up sending me the dress. Two months went by and my accessories still weren’t here, so I once again had to pester them about it and they wouldn’t tell me when they would be here but instead said I would get a refund. Which then took three months to actually get to me and I had to email them twice more for it to finally happen.
This is when I went wrong, I was naive enough to think that this was the only time issue with this company but no. So I ordered another dress, which came on time but it did not fit. I had measured myself twice before ordering the dress and made sure it would fit so I was obviously confused. I measured myself again and I hadn’t grown in any area. I reached out to customer service again, I was told to send it to them, but that would cost about 500 kroner, which is 72 dollars. I said that I would not pay that as it was a manufacturing fault and not a fault on my end. They just kept asking me to measure the dress which I did, it turned out the dress was 20 cm smaller around the bust than it stated on the website and then I just keep getting automated messages back and now they have all together stopped responding to me email which is why I am writing this review
The dress was 63 dollars, dollars that I very much would like back

As others have experienced, their customer service is extremely slow, but not as slow as their shipping. I placed a large order at the end of March and was told it would be shipped by the end of May. It is June 6th and the order has still not been shipped. If you need anything quickly, or even in 2 months, this is not the company to purchase from.

It's a Gamble
I have purchased from this website a couple of times before and experienced no issues until my recent purchase. In my most recent order, I received an incorrect item in place of another item I purchased, which looked nothing alike. I contacted customer service to get a solution for this issue because the item I purchased was pricey. I did not get a response after two days and assumed they ignored me. Finally, I got a response from them and the only thing they did was try to convince me that they sent the correct one even though I sent photos of what I received vs what I ordered. I wrote to them once more and it took four days for them to respond just for them to offer me $5 in store credit. I filed a case with PayPal to receive a refund on that item and even then their response to the case took over a week. Frankly, they would rather do anything but fix their mistake, and honestly, no one wants to pay more than their item is worth just to ship it back to China on behalf of Devilinspired's mistake. I am still trying to get a refund because I am no longer interested in supporting a business with such little regard for its customers. Just be careful when buying anything from this site because you might not receive what you initially ordered and it is very tedious working with their customer service.

Got my new favorite shirt!
I pre-ordered an ouji blouse about 3 months ago and got it delivered to me yesterday. I was a bit skeptical about the website after reading a few reviews on here, so I decided to just buy the one item to test the waters. I was so surprised with how well it fit, it looked just like the picture and the material was very comfortable. The shipping was also very quick once the production was over (maybe this is what people get confused about? they do state on the website that pre-order items take longer, as well as tell you when you can expect your delivery), I got the blouse about a week after it got sent. Super happy with this purchase and will definitely order from them again, hoping for the coordinate to return so I can get the rest of it!
