Thank you Alex/ Devine, for providing such an excellent service, sadly on two occasions this year. Both times we had made a small mistake, which was very quickly rectified by Alex. He returned calls/ emails promptly, reassuring us that he would do all he could to put things right. He went above and beyond , driving an hour to meet us en route to Holyhead, enabling us to take the orders of service over to Ireland with us, for mum’s funeral….and was as personable in real life , as he was on the end of the phone.
Highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again.

Zero communication never get back to emails or calls and are only open mon-Friday so if you have a problem outside of those hours it will be too late. When they do decide to get back to you they are insensitive and rude. It is important that when you are going through something as difficult as planning a funeral of a loved one you are dealt with in a professional and sensitive manner but this has not been the case with Devine and this is why I do not recommend them for such an important job.

I used Devine for my dad's order of service- he had requested that he didn't have a funeral as such (direct cremation and a green ashes interment). Therefore we didn't have a funeral director pushing an order of service.

Although Dad wanted minimal fuss, we felt it right to have at least an order of service. I found Devine through internet search having tried another company and got frustrated with the template.

Devine offer a service where they design it (which costs) and you fill out a word document then send photos OR one where you design it youself online (free). I chose the latter and whilst i found it a little frustrating at times, the product has arrived today and is great and looks really professional. Dad used his retirement to photoshop and create books about holidays and family history so the pressure was on!

I ordered on Sunday for an interment on the following Friday so tracking and delivery time was key. It was slightly out of sync in that email updates weren't reflected on system.

I did receive an email on Tuesday saying delivery would be on Wednesday but when i checked on Tuesday it still showed as processing.

Overall, i am really happy with Devine but hopefully won't be using for a while

I wanted to design the Order of Service for our mum myself, so that I could see exactly how it would look. The funeral directors would have done it for £3.40 each (12 pages) with limited photos and less personal input. At Devine the cost was under £1.50 each on top quality paper and with beautiful colours. Perfect. We were pleased with the way the photos turned out.
The sweet pea motif was lovely.

Easy to navigate website through to design. Alex was not only a huge help adapting the photograph I wanted to use on an Order of Service his communication was prompt as was the delivery and well-packaged. Delighted and would definitely recommend.

If you are using this Company it's likely to be a difficult time so you need everything to go ok and we found that it did, from start to finish. The service was great (I emailed a query Easter Saturday and was amazed to get a swift response), the on-line design tool was relatively easy to use, the printing arrived swiftly and the end result was of an excellent quality. Absolutely ... five stars.

Exceptional service! I am overwhelmed with the quality and speed of delivery for the 12 page colourful Order of Service for my mum’s funeral. I found the whole process of putting it all together with their easy to use programme, such a tender and therapeutic activity at a time of great loss. As so many of our family and friends are unable to be at the funeral, I decided to include lots of photos, making this a packed Order of Service as a memorial keepsake, to help with everyone’s memories. Devine responded to my questions quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend “Devine Funeral Stationery”.

After being let down by a local firm, found Devine online and ordered from them. Their website was easy to use and Alex was very very approachable and helpful. I placed the order at 11.30am one day and had them in my hand the folliowing day at 10.30am, so panic over. The quality of the paper and print is absolutely first class, they should be very proud of their service at a time when people don't need any problems. Highly recommended. Thank you, you rescued me!!
