Sorry that things like this happen. It's the big difference between Devumi and serious and responsible companies like LikeDiva, and others. LikeDiva guarantees that 100% of the followers that you buy are legitimate; They are real people that will cause the organic growth of your account.

Devumi, what a bust. It goes to show the difference real service and results can make in the online world - and well, in life generally! There is a company who can offer real results by achieving attention to your social media profiles and products, increasing social media attention with LikeDiva. If you want services that can legitimately offer real love and likes it's LikeDiva.

It has been 12 days since I placed my order. I chose to pay with the digital currency option since PayPal was down at the time. I was apprehensive about using this method. I sent 2 payments to Devumi because I was unsure if the first one went through. I received emails from Devumi stating they received my payment. 12 days later, the order has not been processed. Their customer service has responded to every message I've sent with an apology. No real action has been made. The latest email stated:

"The only thing that we can do now is to wait for an update from our Management"

"Management" has yet to reach out to me to solve my problems. I've used them in the past and had a "5 star" experience. Not so much this time.

I paid them for 2000 views to these people, They promised me that they will provide 2000 views within 3 days, now after after 15 days they couldnt even provide me 1000 views.worst

Shocking treatment I received from this idiotic company,I purchased 5k plays/50 reposts for around £15.00 which seemed like a good price,the plays came in slowly which was fine,then the reposts started slowly coming in from 1 follower spammy soundcloud bot accounts,do not use this company,they promise you the reposts will help you reach fans but they really dont,its just for numbers,anyway,got a refund and now they are taking away my plays/likes/reposts,this will alienate my entire fan base on soundcloud,really sneaky company who trap you so you cant get a refund and if you do it destroys your reputation

I bought some YouTube services from Devumi. Got my subscribers and views as well. But, I always have a problem with these subscribers that they gave me. I keep losing, dropping and I need to tell them and let them know then I'm gaining again, but the next day, I keep losing, and losing again. It goes on and on and on. And, it's pissing me off. The service is not professional. Seems like they can't make it stable and keep me on the safety zone (the number of subscribers). I had to keep telling them that I'm losing subs then they will take care of it. Many times!

I saw it on scamadviser.com that the Devumi website owner is hidden. I don't know why exactly like that. Even the website says that everyone should be careful to engage to this Devumi website regarding their services.

If they can keep it genuine and stable, then I prob use their services again, but sadly no. It's about trust, man. I can't trust them anymore.
And yeah, the phone service won't work. Tried many times with my mobile phone.

Should give 0, got some followers and they are always fluctuating and now they are gone. Stupid don’t waste your money

Verry Bad. The did not provide what I purchased, Then I asked a refund. Opened a support ticket. they take 1 week to leave a one reply. Then I asked some thing another week will be taken.

And, They did not refund until I open a paypal dispute case. After open a case, they replied within few hours and asked me to close the case. They said that they can not refund until close the paypal case. What a joke? I did not.

After few days I got my refund. This overall process took more than 1 month.

Devumi used to be a good reliable service for subscribers now they are very poor and unreliable. I ordered 500 subscribers maybe 3 weeks ago and within 1 week I already lost about 10 of them and within the 3 weeks I've lost about 50. Ive emailed them several times and no one gets back to me and they won't supply me back with the 500 I ordered very disappointed with their service. I want my subsrcibers back.

Ubfortunately there was no zero star rating. I chose them for a soundcloud promotion, before i noticed this. They claim that the listeners are real, when all of the likes came from very clearly fake accounts.
Each fake account user had the exact same number of follows, and zero followers, yet they were the ones clicking repost. Of course, the repost was going out to zero people, and it was very clear to see that these fake accounts, were setup for this exact purpose!
100 percent fake company.
They also refused to answer my demand of refund email. The very refund they offer when signing up, if not happy, I even emailed them at the very start of the clear fake promotion. No reply.

Nearly every like has come from an account which is nearly identical, with 30 something following,
and no followers.
Likes and plays from fake acounts don't increase exposure to my music at all, in fact, it is utterly
pointless.
My plan was to find someone that could promote my music with real plays, from real
people. Your service is providing the exact opposite of that.
Please stop adding plays, and likes to my song asap, and issue me a refund
so I can find real promotion asap.

Keep your money and avoid at all cost.

This is a well organized Scam company. Purchased Twitter followers here, but they disappeared after 2 months. The company guarantee will not be honored by them after they take your money. Contacted them several times. This company is fraudulent! I plan on writing many reviews so other customers don’t fall victim.

Worst customer service ever. They are a SCAM.

Purchased 1500 twitter followers over a several month period....fine at first, until they disappeared one day. Buyer beware!

Very poor service. Def not recommended. I ordered 2,000 for my views for one of my videos on Sunday morning. They delivered nothing on Sunday and Monday, and on Tuesday around noon views started coming by hundreds. By the end of the day I had way over 2,200 views. When I woke up on Wednesday around 100 views were gone. NOT EVEN ONE like, dislike or comment came with this service. Look for other companies. I will not be using this one ever again.

ordered 200 followers, which were delivered very quickly but then within a week started to disappear. when i contacted support, they simply counted up all of my current followers (which included all of my genuine friends and fans) and concluded they had done their job. it's painfully obvious which followers are genuine and organic vs. which ones are marketing shill accounts delivered by devumi. the fake followers have names and photos all formatted the same, no pro accounts, profiles are just a train of spammy reposts... you won't fool anyone except yourself if you spend your money with devumi.

This is making fun of costumers i am going to write everywhere about your DEVUMI they are selling fake Youtube subscribers from Russia where it cost 5$ this is anyoung and Donot use their service

Worst company ever! Ordered for RT by influencers, I got RT by bots without any link to my homepage.

Got the money back for this, but since then they are flooding my Twitter account with bot followers. Seems that they are to stupid to cancel orders.

I've to set my account on private and loosing income now because of this incapable people.

Asked several times to delete my account. No reaction.

Update:
no matter writing abusive or friendly they stil don't delete my account. Obviously they don't know the laws or are simply incapable to do such a job.

Be aware of the fact that is not possible to delete a devumi account on your own also here they ignore the law to provide a "delete my account" button.
