Wonderful business & product.
This was such a positive experience with customer service. I ordered a flea and tick collar but Fed Ex delivered to wrong address. Customer service was so prompt and understanding(even though this was the delivery service's fault). They immediately sent another collar. Very kind folks and had integrity. Hoping others will support this great small business. The collar works great also!!

I bought a total of four or two of my dogs that I have and they still come back and from outside scratching and biting especially at their tailbone. I don't think this product is very efficient. Now I'm stuck with two more products that I ordered that was a waste of money.
