The sales representative Che was extremely helpful, took his time to explain everything in detail, and was very transparent about both the technical and financial aspects. No pressure, no vague promises — just clear and honest communication, which I really appreciated.

On the technical side, Venko did an excellent job during the installation. He was very disciplined, worked cleanly and carefully, and explained every step of the process as well as the reasoning behind what he was doing. He also answered all of our questions patiently, which gave us a lot of confidence in the setup.

It’s rare to have such a good combination of clear sales communication and solid technical execution. Highly recommended.

Ever since the first contact everything went smooth. The first appointment with Ché was great, everything was made clear, he then assisted us every step of the way. The technical inspection was done two weeks after we signed the contract and the installation was done a few weeks later. I'm very happy with the service.

The innitial consultation was very clear in setting the right expectations. The time frames from the consultation to install were respected and the install itself very professional consulting with us at every major step while being independent.

Everything was done as agreed. All problems communicated and addressed appropriately.

It was a very good experience from first contact to installation. I was well informed about each step in the process. I’ve got fulfilling answers to all my questions.

We recently had our solar panels installed by De Zonnegroep, and overall, we’re very satisfied with their service. The installation team was knowledgeable and clearly experienced in setting up solar panels. They arrived later than expected due to icy weather, as they had to wait for the ice to melt before safely starting the work. Despite this delay, they still managed to complete the installation on time.

We really appreciated how they took the time to assist us in setting up the app on our phone and provided a quick but helpful explanation of the Enphase Fuse, including what the different indicator lights mean. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the process smooth.

Good work and definitely worth the investment! Looking forward to seeing more energy production during the summer months. 🌞

I had a very good experience with De Zonnegroep. The initial analysis and explanation were very transparent and Ches did good job making sure the end to end process is clear to me. He was also available to me for all follow up questions. On installation day the technicians were also friendly, clarified the steps and set up the app for me. I can definitely recommend them.

From the first contact with de ZonneGroep the communication was great. They are friendly and professional in advising on what works best for you and they follow up in a concise and clear manner. All appointments were on time and they showed amazing flexibility when some appointments needed to be moved.

It was wonderful to work with Zonnegroep BV. I did not have much technical knowledge about how many solar panels and of what type would be the most efficient for our usage. Santos helped with the explanation and then Che took over the other details. Throughout the interaction (which started in August and the installation was done in Oct) all the staff was very helpful and we had several conversations to find the best fit for us. Because of the holiday period in between and our work right after, we needed the installation to be in October and Zonnegroep did everything to make it possible. The installation went very smoothly and we were provided with information on how to monitor the energy generation. Zonnegroep also arranged for registering our solar panels so that our energy provider can be notified of it. I would highly recommend Zonnegroep as they are very professional and make time to explain and follow up with their customers.
