I was sold insurance I didn't need

I was sold insurance I didn't need, three years paying in, when I needed it I received less than 2000 kr after tax. They did not contact me until after 3 months, they then required all the paperwork from my temp work, which I had to gather in.
I found the staff to be rude with comments like " I can't understand why it's so hard for you to get what we need"...
No, I will never deal with this company again.
350kr a month would have yealded a better return in a savings account for three years.

Vi er kede af, at du har haft en dårlig oplevelse i forbindelse med anmeldelse på din lønsikring.

Udbetaling fra lønsikringen er baseret på en række meget konkrete oplysninger om forsikringstagers forhold.

Disse oplysninger fremsendes af a-kassen, når eventuelle problemstillinger i forhold til dagpengeudbetalingen, eksempelvis modregninger i ydelsen, er afklaret dér.
Dette forløb kan, som i dit tilfælde, tage nogen tid og først derefter er det muligt for os at vurdere, om der er behov for at anmode om supplerende oplysninger fra dig.
Det har dermed stor betydning for sagens afgørelse, hvornår de samlede nødvendige oplysninger foreligger.

I din sag har såvel de komplekse faglige forhold omkring din ledighed, modtagelse af a-kassens oplysninger som behovet for supplerende fra dig haft negativ indflydelse på forløbets varighed.

Imidlertid er det også i din interesse, at sagen får det korrekte resultat set i relation til de med dig aftalte forsikringsvilkår, herunder dækningsomfanget, hvilket findes at være opnået hér.
