As a renting resident of one of their constructions, I've found DFE to be very lacking. At the time of writing I have lived for 2 years in Valby Maskinfabrik which is still an active construction zone. Sadly DFE have never communicated with residents to provide updates on construction, and the end results of many areas nowhere near resemble the computer generated images they sell to renters.
I've three times asked about a particular area in Maskinfabrik and when it would be finished. Over the past two years I've been told it will be finished summer 2018, then autumn 2019, and it's now 3 weeks with no response to my email on the expected finish date.
Simple monthly or even quarterly updates to residents on construction and timelines would be a simple yet very effective way for DFE to make residents feel at home.
Further simple tasks such as putting up street signs in the area they construct would increase quality of life immensely.
Sadly it seems DFE are only concerned with churning out their projects to line their pockets and the investors who purchase them. No thought is taken on sense of community, or quality of life for the residents left to live on asphalted streets where there should have been green grass, grey tiles and a community.
