Poor shipping experience
Good products, but a really poor shipping experience. It took more than 10 days to deliver the items from Spain to Italy, which is unacceptable. Honestly, it felt like the glasses were ordered from China before being shipped to me.

We bought 2 pairs of sunglasses, both Men and womens. They are very nice, super package and very good quality. Shipping to Croatia can be a little faster, but ok.

I saw an ad on social media for brightly coloured sandals and clicked straight away. The colour choices were lovely, and the price for each pair was reasonable and had free delivery. The sandals took around a week to arrive perfectly packaged and pristine. They fit very comfortably with nice arch support and toe spacing. Very nice sandals for around the house or the beach etc

Quality sunglasses, perfect design
The sunglasses have excellent quality of material and design and sit very comfortably on the nose area, without causing heaviness or inconvenience and this is very important. The packaging is awesome, although I would prefer a case thinner or softer enough to fit in my handbag to take with me. Regarding Shipping: The cost was low. I was not informed of the date of expecting the products though. Overall, a great brand, i love the products!

Terrible customer service and order never arrived. Someone finally came back to me after 3 weeks and said unfortunately they can’t find my shipment so can offer me a gift card as the item is now out of stock. Take my £90 then 3 weeks later offer me a £90 gift card. How can they think this is acceptable.
