I cannot translate to English and had…
I cannot translate to English and had to return the lamp I purchased. I was very disappointed to find out once it had been it delivered that in fact the shade is totally crushed in the packaging and I would have to sort that out myself eventually (maybe leaving some creases)
Your distributor was exceptionally good and arranged a return and refund very promptly

Thank you for your purchase and your feedback. It is true that the shade is pressed together in the package, this is done due to minimizing freight damages to the shade. Once the shade has been put in place again, it will unfold it self completely over time.
