Eldredge is no longer his own business, BUT he works for another firm. DO NOT hire this guy. Had I not hired another law firm my IP would be lost!!

Terrible experience. Finalized a document to file October 27th. Wasn't actually filed until November 15th, 3 weeks later. I was told initially "we don't make out money on these patents, we make our m... See more

First of all let me say that I am a doctor and I don't have time to write bad reviews but this law firm deserves to be exposed. I look online for a patent lawyer and their name came up. At first they... See more

Phone calls are seldom returned. I will not use them again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Proven Results!

Great attorney and staff. With proven results! My previous attorney charged a lot of money with no results. Dfwpatentlaw has turned it all around and gotten me results!

Eldredge Law Oddity

I've had a very pleasant experience with Eldredge Law Firm. I was able to apply for and received a Patent Pending Status flawlessly. My only real complaint is when someone from their office called one afternoon to congratulate me and offer to help push my product idea through social media. I told her I would like to get a little further along and what a great service that is. A few months later, I called the office to speak with her and no one know what I was talking about. I did find that a little odd...

Looking for someone you can trust?

Richard cares about you, and what you bring forward. He's truthful, honest, and supportive of your ideas. Being new to the whole patent process, I was so unsure about who I could trust. I'm so glad that I picked up the phone and gave him a call. I'll never need anyone else, now I just need more good ideas!

Horrible experience... honest review

First of all let me say that I am a doctor and I don't have time to write bad reviews but this law firm deserves to be exposed. I look online for a patent lawyer and their name came up. At first they seemed like they were really helpful but as soon as I made my full payment to them they basically vanished. I found out later that they charged me for a utility patent ($5,000) but they actually filled for a provisional patent ($2,500). I tried getting a hold of them but they never return my calls. I can never talk to someone there except the receptionist. I am not one to place a bad review unless I really am unsatisfied and in this case I am very disappointed in going with DFW Patent Law firm. I would not recommend anyone using them and I have told all of my friends and family about how they cheated me out of my idea. Do yourself a favor and don't go with them. Find someone else and do your research on the company before. Don't make the same mistake I made.

Professional, helpful

Great patent law office. Never had a problem with them and they have been working with me through the extensive process of getting approved. Good communication.

Good but needs some work.

Great availabilty for what I needed. Communication needs a lot of work in my opinion. Knowledgeable and helpful with patent creation and submission, but I have yet hear from them in any process since the submission. I am very busy and it would be nice to have an update as they should be in talks with the patent office until it is excepted.

Very professional company. Retaining them is the best decision I made.

I am completely satisfied with The Eldredge Law firm. They created the illustrations and application text from my description and a few simple pencil sketches, handled every aspect of the application process, kept me informed at every stage, and have been easily accessible throughout the patent application process. I was awarded my first patent 10 months after submission and couldn't be happier. I have two more applications in process, both represented by the Eldredge Law firm. I have the highest confidence in their representation of my IP affairs.
