Do not buy from this company, reason why is if you happen to have a problem as like I did with an item that was sent to me broken they do not reply back on exchanging the item and no communication what so ever. Stay away from this company and spend you money on a company that will support their customers.
I really like the powerball. I have a little bit of carpal tunnel and this is a great way to stretch the tendons. I leave it on my desk and it's just a great little toy to have around. It also seems to be strengthening my wrists and forearms.
The Powerball’s a great little arm and wrist workout. The kids broke my string and I asked for a new string. It was only three bucks but six dollars shipping but I ordered it anyway and then they wanted to know about it and I told them well I guess our mailman’s on crack or something I never got it. They sent me three new strings. Way to go guys!
I'm a rock climber and my forearms were always getting pumped out on long routes. I started using the DFX Powerball X Grip a few months ago and I've noticed a huge difference in my grip strength.
