Customer service is soooo much better…

Customer service is soooo much better than it used to be and the person helped me was called Kaylee I believe and she was super helpful as I had experienced a fault with an item but she sorted this immediately for me and I really appreciate that!

Resolved Issue

Andy was amazing in helping me resolve an issue with my leggings which had a defect , his communication was timely,efficient and clear.I will be ordering soon this continues to be my favorite working out brand. :)

i asked the dfyne team why i was…

i asked the dfyne team why i was charged extra for customs even though it didn’t say i would be at check out, turns out a mistake was made and when they confirmed it they gave me a gift card for the amount i had to pay. i really appreciated how they immediately offered me the gift card and how quick they were. thank u jamie -lee 🫶❤️
