YES, these are not real designer brands. If you really think you can find a $50 pair of brand new Yeezy’s - that’s your own problem. Read the reviews and you will know what is safe and what is not. Look for images in the reviews and stay AWAY from reviews that say “satisfied” or repeat the same verbiage, as those are fraudulent reviews. If you follow my advice, you will most likely be satisfied. I’ve placed over 20 orders and have never had a problem. ALSO - these orders do come from China! Do not expect to get your order in a week as that is not possible!

DH Gate is a fraudulent company. I placed an order in early Feb 2020, the seller shipped me the wrong items. The seller would not acknowledge or respond to my messages that they sent me the wrong items so I opened a dispute. I wanted to send the items back and get a refund. I no longer wanted to work with this seller due to lack of response and unprofessionalism. The seller did not comply with the dispute, they did not acknowledge that they received the return, they will not comply that my refund should be released. Fast forward over 2 months, now mid April 2020 DH Gate mediation will not work with the seller or myself and they will not release my refund. I am done with this company, they are so unprofessional. This isn't a small refund, its hundreds of dollars. I called my bank today to report the fraud and request a chargeback for the charge. I will NEVER order from DH Gate again.

This company and it's sellers are some of the dirtiest crooks you can find online. So many problems they have given both my girl and I. We have been wronged so many times, denied refunds for things that were not our fault and never even received items we paid money for. Did we get our money back for those things that were never sent? Absolutely not. DO NOT give your time nor business to this joke of a company

I paid for a pair of shoes. Its been a month jumping through the hoops like DHgate asked me to do with no resolution what so ever. No contact from the seller after I messaged as DHgate suggested and that automatic refund they say will happen after seven days has never happened. They support theft apparently. I guess I've lost my money unless I dispute it with the credit card company.

DHGate is a scam site. I made an order, no item was sent and seller closed up shop. I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund, as DHGate despite what they tell you, does not issue refunds.

Sent me faulty product after faulty product. Still waiting two months after submitting a claim for a refund. Avoid!

The site sells everything from any company in China. Its usually fake knock off products. also many scammers who will send a tracking number on a post card. Stay away

Sorry for long review lol but here goes. Okay so this was my first time purchasing from Dhgate I didnt know any better and made the mistake of buying from someone with NO reviews & 22 transactions 🤦🏼‍♀️ Sellers name is Mingshao, I ordered the LV pochette metis rep it was A total of $37 something.. I chose the reverse monogram & checked the “with box” option which charged me an extra $4 and something cent. On All his pics it shows the correct colors canvas/straps .. He takes forever to ship & I ask for pictures MULTIPLE times! When i made my order I left a note with it where you can write a description it said : Please make sure its the bag in pic & includes box..after no reply I requested a refund.. he denied my refund, shipped item & THEN sent me a picture.. which were different pics mixed together.. no box just wrapped in a plastic paper & It is the reverse monogram with Beige straps/handle! This does not even exist! They are black on this purse N were on the pic! So at first he only wants to give me $7 back..I say no I want a full refund.. only way he will give me a refund is if I pay to ship item back and repay him for previous shipping! Hell no! He knew the item was wrong and sent it anyways.. then he sends me a degrading email saying im poor and cant get a reAl bag & that im a horrible buyer 🤣 This was in fact for my 13 year old niece s bday which is why I requested a box! Now waiting the 5 days to let dhgate look at everything and make a decision. I even offered for him to send me the right bag & he can keep $! I refuse to pay shipping when he knew what he was doing. Tried messaging dhgate but it says order # does not exist! And wont let me send email!! Im soo irritated by this & I hope it is resolved soon! Also tracking number been saying pre shipment & has never moved! I have pictures and screenshots of everything ive said here! And guess what? He s STILL advertising his Fake picture s for. Product he does NOT have 🙄

i bough two expensive items last year and cancelled the order within minutes of ordering. they have still not refunded me. they say they have refunded in to an account which they know is closed and my bank confirms that this is impossible to do. i would say do not buy anything from this Chinese company (it is not American as it appears). very unhappy and would have left no stars if I could!

No support regarding Refunds. I returned my item for a refund tried loading up the tracking number from England their system would not accept it, so I decided to send the tracking to the sellar, after 11 days i checked on the Royal mail system and it said item received. This was from March and still no refund. I made contact with DH gate customer services and they turned round and told me i must contact the sellar. They are disgusting. I have lost out on my money and no support from DH Gate. They support this thief. Be mindful of this site regarding refunds. You get no support from DH gate.

some sellers are perfect, so if you find one stay with them, otherwise you're going to get ripped off, especially if you spend a lot of money at once. i'd venture to say that most of them are 'scam operators'. once they get your good ol U.S. dollars they have numerous deceptions, like please send proof, you must file complaint or they don't respond hoping you'll just let it slide past 'so called expiration. customer service is a scam, so don't depend on it. the best recourse is to have your credit card company get a full refund, "it worked every time for me."

It the worst experience I ever have. I ordered one purse from Dhgate seller name qweasd998. First, he said out stack than he sent something any way to zip code next to my zip code. when I asked him where is my package, he asked me to open dispute so he can refund me. But the problem is that when I open the dispute the customer fake service talk him out of refund. The customer fake serve asked me, in the weekend ,to bring them prove from the postal office that the package delivered to wrong address. They customer fake serive give me from Friday night to Sunday night to bring the wrong address paper. They customer fake service know that the postal office work just half day in weekend. The tacking information show that the package delivered to wrong zip code, they don't care. By Monday they already close my dispute and give the seller they money. Customer fake service don't believe or the tracking information. Total scam don't by a fool like me and get rob

Customers service was horrible. You speak to a robotic TangTang then attempt to speak with Live person. You wait in Queue.
*While waiting in que, I selected neg feed back as the hold was long. She said she was not going to help me until I changed my feed back.

As you can see I have many posts because I don't want your hard earned money to go to WASTE on DH GATE for your working double time sending pictures for only a partial refund.

As a customer base expect more or don't sell at all! Defective shoes are being sold by FOOTLOCKERSHOES and DH Gate

I encouraged you if you do buy do a review about a week after to see if the product is worth the money spent and customer service handles your after sale dispute.

If i could give this website no stars i would. The website is a scam, they allow seller to use them as a platform who lie and then do not respond to emails. DHgate do nothing about this just let them continue to sell goods.

I bought a pair of boots which took a month to receive, when i got them the size was wrong. I contacted the seller fro an address to return the boots - have not heard nothing.

I opened a dispute, but then we then reached an agreement, they told me they could not continue until i closed the dispute. I have not heard nothing at all, and DHgate do nothing about these rogue sellers.
It has now been 2 months still not heard anything !!!!

DHgate have now messaged me directly to help. heard that before, i'll keep you updated
