Taking a year to settle a claim and still being in pain and offered a silly amount of money when a passenger got paid out a month after the crash with a different solicitor with no after care and got the same amount just does not make sense in my eyes. Wish I had never used this solicitors and gone through my own insurance company to sort the claim out for me. Always had to contact them for updates and would never get a return phone call

DGM handled a challenging claim for me after I was injured when a driver ran into the back of a taxi in which I was a passenger. Even though a Court had upheld the taxi driver's claim (also through DGM), the solicitors representing the driver who ran into us strenuously resisted my claim. DGM were exemplary: they responded quickly and moved the case along despite resistance from the other side, supported me by explaining things patiently and clearly and answered all my questions. Their tenacity won through and we received a good offer in settlement without needing to go to Court. I couldnt recommend them highly enough.

Jenna was fantastic during a very difficult process and i would highly recommend her and her fantastic team.

Shame there is nothing less than one star after 2 years I am going to settle and be £1000 pounds out of pocket looks like they just do done deals if you look at the amounts paid out reminds me of Hobson choice and what he said of solicitors please beware

I know these things take time, and I have been happy with the service I received, there was a little problem with final payment being made by cheque which didn’t appear but finally payment was made by bank transfer after a baks payment was deducted from me.
So all in all a happy successful outcome, but I am sure the payments and accounts don’t need to be so archaic.
