Building itself is solid though

Had a 30x40 workshop put up behind the house last spring. I'd been putting it off for two years because I figured the permits alone would be a headache. Sam handled most of that and kept me posted without me having to call and ask every week. Crew was in and out in about a week and a half. Only thing I'd say is the gravel they laid for the approach could've been deeper. My trailer sinks a little when it's been raining. Building itself is solid though.
