Don't go near DH Gate, just don't. Ordered something, they said it had arrived, it hadn't. I complained, they said the seller would refund, they never refunded.
It was only a few quid, as, having read reviews, I wasn't confident about DH Gate so just ordered something small to see what would happen. The reviews were not wrong. Account deleted, will never use these scammers again.

This is a platform where scammers can run their schemes successfully as DH Gate don't monitor or interfere with dodgy purchases!

If you do decide to use this website use a credit card where you can get your money back when you get scammed

Happy with the things I got from the prize I paid. I am checking reviews on sellers first and only buy from the ones who have 98% happy costumers and up. Do not buy from sellers with 97% and down and you will be safe. Also check photos of received items from costumers before buying and check what kind of size you buy. Asian size is not the sams as european or american size. Asian size is 2 times smaller then American and European.

The only thing I have to complain about is that there are not refund on this platform like Ali Baba have or Ebay or Amazon or like AliExpress, Wish and Temu.

If you are not happy with your item it is your loss, they give you like 1-2 dollars in refund.

Seller says they sent my parcel sent photos of a gate ?? That was EVRI apparently dumping parcels at gates if you have one ?! I’ve lost my money as both seller and Evri say speak to each other DHgate is a joke of a mediator !!

Absolute scammers! They sellers are absolute con artist and DHgate will never give you your money back!!! They sell absolute shi*and will always go in favour of the seller! That’s why they won’t let you pay with PayPal!!

They don’t solve my problem! More than a month ago I bought some shoes at dh gate and the seller took too long to answer, I told him that my package did not exist and he kept insisting, then he told me to pick it up at the office, and it was supposed to be delivered to my house and when he gave me "the tracking number" when I look for the proofs of "delivered" it is an all-black photo of Uniuni, I keep insisting that my package was not delivered and they do not give me a refund!

DHgate.com's business practices are highly disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to unsubscribe, they continue to bombard my inbox with unwanted advertisements. This spammy behavior shows a complete disregard for customer preferences and privacy.

What's worse, when I've had issues with products I've purchased, DHgate consistently sided with sellers, ignoring my legitimate complaints. Their customer service is clearly biased and unhelpful.

I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before using DHgate. Their lack of respect for customers, both in communication and dispute resolution, makes them an unreliable platform.

DHgate: If you're reading this, cease your unethical email practices immediately and start taking customer concerns seriously. Your current approach is damaging your credibility and driving away customers.

l ordered something and it was supposed to arrive on September 12th. The tracking code didn't work and today I see that Ive been logged out and can't log in with the same email. Ive sent you several emails about this and you haven't replied. I want to know if l'Il receive my package.
Please give me a quick response otherwise I will have to go through a lawyer

My husband ordered 2shirts and because it came up payment failed try again two days later I noticed oncredit card that that they 2orders of the same items contacted by e mail and they had sorted it but two lots have turned up and now for almost for a week and three e mails and no response quick to take money but not to pay it back

It's not the company DHgate that's a problem, it's sometimes the independent seller,s that's a nightmare

It shipped my order then cancelled a duplicate that it just made up. A month long shipping. Everything fake and bad quality. Not worth it.

The best thing in the world

Started off ok, got a couple of products until I ran into a scammer. Received a product that didn't work as expected, started their complaint process, they requested a video from me as proof. It's not that easy to make a video of headphones which do not hold charge well. But I made it. Except there is no way to upload a video for their review. So they closed my claim and gave my money to the scammer. Avoid this site. It's NOT worth it. I am not buying anything else off it.

I would give zero stars. I placed an order fmdfde5521 on 5/31.. zero legit tracki g its been well over a month. Seller removed their email, charged my credit card, and disappeared. If customer support really wants to help, please email me and allow me to RESPOND TO A LEGIT EMAIL, I will be glad to give the email I used to purchase.

Very bad experience, never used again

I would give no stars if I could.

Ordered something a month ago (this Saturday) and still nothing.

I paid extra for seven day delivery for nothing.

I have emailed ’customer support’ several times and although I get vague responses, I do not get any answers and they just gloss over it. Zero help.

Avoid, AVOID

Stay well away. Bought shoes from the seller My_hert. Wrong size arrived. Informed them. I was called a scammer and threaten with lawyers letter. DH gate no help. I offered to return the shoes when I was back from vacation as I didn’t have the items with me but this was rejected. They pushed through a$20 refund which I did not agree to and closed my dispute. The seller further defamed me by saying I had done this many times before. I would love to see their proof as this was my first time ever using DH gate and can assure you the last. Never again I would recommend everyone to stay well away and avoid the hassle of being threatened by unscrupulous sellers.
