From the initial visit from David to the completion of our roof by Lucas and Harry, the service was exceptionally good. We received sound advice and the quality of materials and workmanship was excellent. We found them to be very amenable to adjustments to the project and nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly reliable, would use again and happily recommend.

David, Lukacz and Harry provide an excellent service. They have done: our roof, soffit/facia, cladding and new garden fence. Their work is of high quality, use good quality materials and are very reliable.
I will use them again and would happily recommend them.

The serious state of our roof and our neighbour's adjoining us was first patched temporarily in Nov 2023 (to stop water coming down the drainpipe outside the drainpipe and not inside) and successfully, and then 2/3 months later, end of Feb 2024, the firm returned to do a comprehensive job to the area of roof adjoining the two houses.
The work was done well; we were warned that on an evening when rain was forecast there might be some ingress (when it had been impossible to completely surround the stack with tarpaulin), and there was - one of the workers returned the next day (Sunday) having left his phone number and worked on to ensure no more water came in.
The slight damage ensuing was put right and we have been impressed with the quality of workmanship.
I knew another roofer who was working locally and asked him to inspect the work and he agreed it was of excellent quality.
However, the scaffolding firm used by the company has still not removed their scaffolding and it's 4 weeks now since the work was done.

David Harrison is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Workmen were second to none. Work carried out in a professional manner. Site left clean and tidy.
No calls for complaint.

Thr guys from D. Harrison were brilliant. We had water leaking through the roof. Insurance sent a company to sort it out. They were here twice, scratched their heads, didn't know what to do. D. Harrison came recommended by a friend. After 2 minutes he found the problem. A few weeks later it was all sorted. No water leaking, happy days! This was 6 months and many rainy days ago. Never had any issues anymore. Thank you D. Harrison and team!

Review of work undertaken – roof tiles replace, new front wall, new drive, soffits and guttering.

From the very beginning to completion of the work, we have been impressed by the communication between the company and ourselves. Each step of the way we have been kept informed of what was going on, when things were expected to happen etc.

In particular we have appreciated the thoughts from the company regarding the colour of roof tiles, to front wall and the drive. Where we thought we had the right idea, we have been gently led to re-think them so that the finished result is pleasing to the eye and a job well done.

The staff employed by the company have been courteous and polite and have been excellent during their time on the job. Once the completion of the job had been reached, they cleared all debris and rubbish from the site.

We would not have any hesitation to recommended this company.

Call for assistance was dealt with very promptly. The work was scoped, good advice given, and the timescale agreed was kept to. The teams doing the job were very prompt and followed each other seamlessly. David attended to satisfy himself that the work had been done to a good standard. As the main work was lead flashings to the external chimney I could not view it closely, but it could be seen from ground level that it looked neat and finished. E mail correspondence was also dealt with promptly. An excellent team effort.

DJ Harrison work was very professional and of a high quality. They worked very neatly and continuously checked with me to confirm that I was happy with the work.

David is a very polite person. Works were started on time, weather did disrupt schedule but David kept us informed. The work was as priced unless there were changes made because of unseen problems. He is returning to redo the roof coating as they are not happy with it. We would recommend this company without hesitation.
