Terrible customer service
I bought hair extentions here. They were 600.00 I never had them cut or died. I wore them a very short time and went back to have them removed as I was going to Mexico and they said the ocean water can be damaging to them. This DHC salon had kept them. I thought this to be odd but trusted them and I had planned to get them put back in after I got back from my trip. I could get them put in cause Covid hit and they were not open for me to pick them up. After covid I called them to pick them up as I moved to Sherwood park and they were to far from me now. They said yes they will have them upfront for me to pick up. When I went to get them they said they were not there any longer and they threw them away. This is a total lie as they were there a few days earlier when I called. I called spoke to management they were so rude and insisted they through them out. It’s pretty clear they resold them as they were still pretty much brand new. So my advice make sure to take your extensions with you when you have them removed if you want to keep them.
