Very bad

Very bad. Would not recommend to anyone. We bought an set of dinning about week ago. One of the chair had a cracked on one leg, the other leg screw loosen. We have been constantly contacted them since 11/12/20 with pics of the chair. Still silent. Almost 3k.

The Staff

The staff was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my three furniture orders were correct. They are very professional and will to go the extra mile make sure you are satisfied.

Requested one thing got something else

I went into the store and requested for a firm mattress based on the floor model. I received the total OPPOSITE I got soft which hurts my back life crazy. When I called the office, the man I spoke with confirmed that I order a firm mattress. Once I told him I got something else he quickly changed his story and claimed “what i meant to say was soft”

Highly disappointed!

Delivery guys damaged wall in stairwell…

Delivery guys damaged wall in stairwell while delivering. I called and spoke to owner/manager (George) he told that he was trying to find someone to come out and fix it. I was never contacted, no one ever came out to repair and I was renting so I had to pay for damages. Very disappointed, I would’ve thought they would care a little more about their customers’ satisfaction.
