I don't know what has happened to this company
I don't know what has happened to this company - it used to be good. I ordered a pair of jeans a couple of months ago. I never received them. I'm in Illinois - they were delivered to an address in California. Dia refunded my $, and I reordered them on April 4th. Once again, no tracking information is available for me to see. I called the company yesterday. The tracking # They gave me shows they are on there way to another name and address in the state of Washington. Dia blames FedEx, FedEx said they are being shipped to the address Dia gave them. I spent a whole morning on the phone, going back & forth between the two companies. Since the order information does not show up on my Dia account, it's obviously their error again. Needless to say, they have lost my business.
Returning customer will never order again
I was a returning customer and had previously had a great experience. I received my order and have items to return - only to find out that they now only ship back FEDEX (previously they used USPS). I don't have a FedEx within 100 miles and customer service said I should have read the FAQ about shipping before ordering. Their only solution is for me to pay out of pocket to ship back the items. On top of that, all the items were the wrong size. Do not order from this company
Not good for petite customers.
I received numerous boxes from Dia and only kept 3-4 items in total. I was excited about a pair of pants and some jeans that were way too long but fit otherwise. I kept them with the intention of getting them hemmed. (both still in my car waiting to find available tailor/ seamstress for alterations)
My first box I really didn’t know about the exchange option. The jeans were expensive and I found the pants. They were more expensive than their list price, and I discovered they made the pants in petite after the fact. I kept a sweater, a cute draped sweater (really too long, but I loved the colors). All other clothing was just aggravating. Didn't fit well, I would think “the stylist” would start to figure out what worked in time, but every box had a different stylist listed. If you are petite do not use this service.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam, I never received any product and then was charged over 500$ and the company refused to assist.
Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company! I sent my box back and they have relentlessly taken money out of my account because they say they didn’t receive it. Awful company!
From Love to Utter Disappointment
I wish I’d checked TrustPilot before rejoining this year. I was a happy customer 8 years ago when the service was hassle-free and delivered quality clothes via USPS to my rural area.
Fast forward to 2024: I rejoined after moving, starting a family, and changing careers. What I found was disappointing. The clothes had declined in quality while prices increased (inflation, I get it), but worse—my detailed feedback seemed completely ignored. I’d explain fit issues and request specific styles, yet kept receiving the same boxy clothes that didn’t work. Some months I returned entire boxes.
Then came the shipping disaster (cue eye roll). Switching from USPS to FedEx severely impacted my experience, especially living rurally where FedEx struggles.
The final straw: I received delivery notifications for a box I never got. When I contacted support with photo proof it was delivered to the wrong house, they asked me to “confirm with family that someone grabbed it for me.” Seriously? It wasn’t even my house!!!!!! They then asked me to file a FedEx claim myself (which I learned I couldn’t do as the recipient—only the sender can file claims.)
After jumping through hoops to create a FedEx account that yielded no resolutions, I requested that Dia&Co file the claim as the sender. They responded with an offer to categorize it as a “lost order” as a ONE-TIME courtesy. Which was not what I requested at all—I wanted them to handle their shipping mistake properly. My flabbers were officially gasted.
By switching to FedEx, they’ve essentially abandoned rural customers who rely on mail services most. The operational issues, ignored feedback, and poor customer service training are glaring. They need better leadership who actually listens to customers before making major accessibility changes.
So disappointed. I genuinely loved many items I received, but the service has become unrecognizable.
Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service! None of the clothes I received were my size and I returned both bags on time in what they supplied and at a drop box location they provided but they're saying I never returned it and have since charged me! Do NOT waste your time and $$! This company is a joke!!
Worst company ever ….they said no order…
Worst company ever ….they said no order was placed and my money had already been pulled from my card and I was sent a receipt and I was charged twice one on the 11/5 and one on the 8th today don’t trust this company they are committing fraud and I’m calling the bank today
I was charged for a box that I returned…
I was charged for a box that I returned IN FULL BY THE DEADLINE. I had it all in the a different bag but wrote the order number on the front of the bag. And ! can’t get through to Dia Company Support to report it. I want my refund!!
Total fail
I’m a stitchfix fan and I wanted to love this service but they are just not as size inclusive as they lead you to believe with their advertising. I’m mid-sized (between 10-14 depending on brand) and petite/short. Their advertising suggests that they have clothes in these sizes and that they carry short/petites but they really don’t have much variety, if any, in the smaller sizes. I signed up for the workwear box and was extremely disappointed. Out of all of the items I got, maybe 3 were work appropriate. NONE of the clothes they sent me were short/petite even though I specifically told them that normal sized pants would not work for me. So they were all way too long or didn’t fit correctly. It was a total fail. Don’t bother if you’re mid-sized and short.
Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced
Don’t use this company, stylist continued to send sizes 2x larger than I requested. I gave them several chances to send correct sizing with no avail. I canceled my subscription got confirmation of cancellation and about 4 weeks later received and email informing me of a box that was delivered. I contacted customer service letting them know that I cancelled my subscription and recently moved and have no way of getting the box. They informed me that there’s nothing they can do and I will be charged for the complete box. Dia costumer service and stylist are a joke don’t waist your time or money! Clothes is cheap and not worth it!
Terrible!!
Terrible!!! Quality is poor. Stylists don’t think about what they put into boxes. Customer service is atrocious. Sent back a box and a few weeks later had a $300+ charge. They say they never received the returned items but I sent them in the bag provided. The other items I mailed that same day got to where I sent them to. No one will help me. They basically said I’m out of luck
Cancer Risk?
I ordered a lovely shawl that came with care instructions that said: DO NOT WASH, DO NOT DRY, DO NOT IRON, DO NOT DRY CLEAN. So it stays dirty I guess. it also had an attached tag that said CANCER RISK. Do not buy from this company.
Did a return next day after receiving…
Did a return next day after receiving the items that did not fit. Had to purchase the return in addition to the cost of the clothes, and months later they still not refund my money.
I soo happy i checked out the website…
I soo happy i checked out the website first before i even tried it out!! Come on people 558.oo $$ for a dress…..PLEASE! Thanks but no thanks
I’ve been doing Dia for about 8 months…
I’ve been doing Dia for about 8 months - agreed that most of the cloths are frumpy - loud - cheaply made and overpriced - however occasionally you get a good find - what pisses me off is when I’m paying full price for a Dia box item that I find is on sale in the site - big fraud - they won’t adjust price to reflect sale price.
Unethical
I used to like this box but the clothes have gotten worse and worse quality. For the first time I returned the whole box it was so bad. And really overpriced for the quality of the items in it. Super inflated prices. So, I dropped the return off directly at the post office and they still billed me for the whole amount. I reached out, and they ignored me for a week. When they finally responded they were indifferent. Now I have to waste time filing a dispute with my bank. Don’t make my mistake and hundreds of dollars for clothes you don’t have.
Dia.com gift cards are a scam
Whatever you do, don't get tricked into buying or requesting one of their worthless gift cards!!! They don't allow the reciever to use the gift card to purchase items from the website. Gift cards can only be used as credit towards style box purchases. By buying a Dia gift card for someone, you're essentially paying Dia to promote their style box business. Info about the very limited use of gift cards is available on Dia's website, but it isn't intuitive to someone who isn't already familiar with their business model.
The absolute worst of the worst...
I cannot for the life of me understand any of the positive reviews surrounding this brand. I, like many others, have crossed over to needing larger sizes during the pandemic (previously an 8-10, now between a 12-14) and was enticed by the ads because I loved StitchFix so the idea of the same type of service but with stylists who understand the plus size fit better sounded like a dream but was in fact a disappointing mess.
Firstly I was very very specific in my style profile, even going so far as to specify the colors I absolutely dislike (pastels & busy patterns) and notes about how I prefer simple & elegant over trendy. I was also clear about my need for normal - long pant sizes as despite my 5'4" height I have really long legs. So what did I get?
Skinny Dark Denim - The least offensive item in the box were the plain dark wash denim. At $65 though I could definitely find better quality.
Black Skinny Slacks (Petite) - These barely reached mid-shin on me (clearly not what was intended based on item photos). Why would you send one pair of normal length pants & a second pair in petite.
Pastel Purple "blouse" - I hesitate to call this a blouse, it was basically a heavy cotton T-shirt with weird short cap sleeves that look like something sold on a sales rack at Kohls for $13.99.
Floral Print "blouse" - Again I hesitate to use the word blouse. This was a peasant top from 1997 that looked like a LuLaRoe reject. It was so so incredibly ugly that it actually made me laugh when I pulled it out of the box. I mean this sincerely, this was the ugliest shirt I have ever seen in my whole life outside of a thrift store.
Grey "bodycon" dress - Not bodycon, 2 sizes larger than my selected sizes, Heather grey but looked more like TV static with extremely unflattering neck & shoulder line that for the life of me I couldn't understand.
Not a single item was under $49 & they all looked like items you could find on sale at any local Kohls or JC Penney. The styles were outdated, the cuts, fits & materials were all unflattering which is what was supposed to be different about this box right? Flattering clothes for larger sizes? Not even close. So so disappointing.
