Spoke w/2 different folks on 11-30-20 and 12-1-20 and emailed on 12-2-20 on how to return. All attempts yielded no results and no follow-up. No one seemed to know how to return or who to return them to. I called on 12-3-20, Saul got my info in the morning and worked all day on the phone to fix this issue.
