I paid Diachok Architects over €10,000…

I paid Diachok Architects over €10,000 for a hospitality project and, unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

While their work on Instagram looks impressive, the reality of working with the team was very different. Communication was consistently slow, with responses often taking days, making it difficult to move the project forward. I also found interactions with the team to be unprofessional at times, which made an already frustrating process even more challenging.

The biggest issue was the quality and practicality of the work delivered. Much of the design appeared to focus on aesthetics without properly considering the actual requirements of our project, the size of the land, operational needs, or the practical realities of developing the property. It often felt like a generic design exercise rather than a solution tailored to our site and objectives.

Ultimately, the project was not completed as agreed, and despite this, my request for a refund was refused.

Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering working with Diachok Architects to ensure expectations, deliverables, timelines, and refund terms are clearly documented before proceeding.
