Super service. Installed remotely. Got me to plug it into the car. Ran the first diagnosis to ensure it worked. Sure, you can download ista free - but what does it contain - what elements are missing. Cheaper and easier to let diag tools do it. I certainly will never be messing around with free ista again.

Very nice experience during the ISTA installation process which was done remotely by one of their experts. The process was a total success and was finalized yesterday with the ICOM Next firmware update. I’m convinced that without technician’s help I wouldn’t have been able to go through this entire process flawlessly as he did. I will recommend Diag tools to others as well. I ordered the ISTA software from Diag Tools after trying with several other vendors, whom I would no longer recommend after working with Diag Tools. Diag Tools was far and away the best to work with and the remote install was a life saver. The files take a LONG time to download but the professional I was working with was incredibly patient with me and all my questions. Don’t look anywhere else for your downloads and equipment, Diag Tools has you covered!! And to the reviewer who said these reviews were AI generated, this one is not and from a very satisfied customer. Thank you Diag Tools!!!
