Driver did not honor my discount coupon…
Driver did not honor my discount coupon of $6. Instead he charged full fee of $105.46 and not $99.46. Besides this, O gave him $120.00. This is the second time they don’t honor the discount rate. I tend to use dial 777 several times, but not happy with this reaction.

Dail 7 is my Go-To to Car Service. Booking with them is easy and convenient. They are always reliable and have very pleasant, professional drivers with clean vehicles. At the last minute, I needed to be picked up an hour and a half before I had originally scheduled and they were able to accommodate with no problem.They are a little pricey but its worth it for their dependability. Highly recommend.

Always on time - usually early. Drivers drive safely & carefully. Cars are super clean. And they do NOT cancel 5 minutes before they are supposed to arrive. Booking process is easy.

Never again.
Instructions said they would text and email when we landed. We had no access to email and received no text. Called four times after landing, no answer. Finally spoke to someone who hung up on my wife three times without providing specific pickup information. Why ask for the flight information at all if you’re not going to be there shortly after it lands like every other car service I have used in nyc. Embarrassing. Uber or taxi would have saved us 20 minutes and cost less. Booooo. Never again.

I like the efficiency of dial 7 and the driver picked us up in time on Sunday morning.
My only complaint I have is that, while the driver claimed to know were Robert's restaurant was, he dropped us off on the opposite side of Columbus Circle and drove off, while walked arund in puring rain until someone showed us where the building was.
I am 89 and my husband is 94 so it was a hardship for us to be dropped of at the opposite side of Colubus circle in front of the wrong building and leaving us looking for the building in the rain.
