Dialect fragrances are now my new go to!
I ordered 2 fragrances with the buy 1, get 1 free offer…Amber Infusion which I’d run out of & love & Basil Lemonade which was new to me. Because I wasn't keen on Basil Lemonade, I was able to return the fragrance with the post free 14 day return guarantee & order a different 1. Peach brûlée is on its way!!😊

I ordered the wrong fragrance and it’s not suitable

The perfume had changed from clear to a amber colour and does not smell the same

Product changed in colour, fragrance and wears off within minutes. Great shame loved all my other purchases of favourite fragrance.

The fragrance i ordered had no scent to it at all. Very disappointed. Regret ordering two bottles. Previous purchase of same order was great in comparison. People often asked what perfume i was wearing and complimented the smell. This last order will be the LAST order. Pointless applying any on.

I've bought from yourself before but this time, the liquid in all 4 bottles of the same fragrance, is a completely different colour and doesn't seem to smell or last the same as my previous purchase
I'm now wondering if I have the wrong bottles

Have ordered the same perfume before from dialect and absolutely loved it but this time round the exact same perfume ordered and disappointed. It smells'off' and the liquid is very brown as if its been kept for a long time. Probably why it was a buy one get one free offer.

What I received was not Amber infusion I darent reorder and no reason or exclamation given after having lots of bottles of this perfume

Stunning fragrances that last all day long . The amount of times people have asked if that is the real scent. I tell them it’s not but to be honest Dialect last longer than the original but are such good value which means you can get 3 for the price of the over priced designer fragrances. Packaging is smart and the perfumes are delicious. The service is swift and professional

Have deducted 2 stars because the products ( 4 bottles as pressies )came without a box unlike my first order of 3 which came in a lovely package .. the tops on two bottles were broken and kept coming apart when they were removed . If this was my first order I would not have re purchased. Disappointed. ☹️

Easy to use website, very descriptive and competitive prices. I was genuinely surprised at how good the fragrances are, even my husband noticed and complimented me on how lovely I was smelling! Unheard of!
