I ordered a set of mats for my mercedes benz they took the money from my credit card and turned around and asked me to screen shot additional banking information before they can complete my order will be getting intouch with bbb

Took a while to get mine but they came out great. They feel nice and look even better. The fit is pretty good and covers spots like the rear tunnel that my factory mats did not.

Overall, I recommend just keep in mind they take a while to arrive.

I have paid for a standard set of mats for front an rear as selected the option more than 3 wks ago and they have dispatched a trunk mat, I exchanged few emails with the customer support representative which are not helpful in any way. Its clearly a fault on the website order from which they're not taking responsibility for.

I find it very frustrating paying $100 and wait over a month for something you didn't order.

If you would like to risk and invest your money and time on this company good luck.

I didn't know they have a very poor reviews and customer service otherwise I wouldn't have purchased their product.

Disappointed as i lost $100.

Pretty surprised about the other reviews on here. I was honestly concerned after ordering seeing the feedback from others but my mats came out great. The quality is what is shown on their website and the fitment is pretty good. Only downside is the lead time. Took 3-4 weeks to get them but they are custom so makes sense..

Its a scam don't buy from them
I am still waiting for replacements they send out tracking no but it still doesn't turn up.

Customer service is terrible.

Left hand drive mats came for my car in the uk.
I wouldn’t of selected left hand drive. They said i did.
I offered to send back if they sent me right hand ones. Just said they don’t do refunds….although this isn’t a refund

I was confused by the name, was hoping to order from Diamond Car Mats, instead ordered from this scam website and never received my mats. Contacted them over email and never replied so called credit card to get my money back

Stay away. This company is a scam, ordered in Nov and never received it. Decided to order from another company.
Lucky I had bank cover, and got my money back from these scammmers.

This company is just a rip off , very poor quality and when i tried to return it back as they say 30 days money back , they refused for me to return it. Stay away from this company and i will report them on facebook marketplace. They should not be allowed to sell anything as they are not genuine on what they are offering. The mats did not even fit in my car and after sending them lots of photos , they said looks okay and we can not refund.

Super high quality mats. Ordered during COVID so was definitely understanding with the shipping delays. Customer service was also very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

Worst shopping experience ever. Stay away from this company and the products they sell
Ordered on 4.06 and still didn't receive my order, they don't answer emails and blocked me on Facebook from contacting them. Waiting for the bank to resolve this dispute and get my money back.
Stay away if you don't want to be ripped off
