The Worst!!!!!!!

This company should not be operating....promising refunds after months of chasing them olonly to be ignored!!!!! Shameful company. Do not buy anything from them. They won't reply to emails when it comes to asking for a refund but will quickly reply to a bad review post online. With lies too might I add. They haven't resolved my issue, they haven't sent a replacement and they certainly haven't refunded me..... All Lies.... Stay clear of this company guys.... honestly. Rebecca maybe you should reply to customers emails and not just bad reviews, that would be a start at least.

Refund my money - NO PRODUCT RECEIVED

I wanted to bring to your attention an ongoing issue I have been experiencing with a recent order I placed. I purchased a necklace and bracelet from both customized with four names each. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive either of the items.

I have been in contact with the company since early April regarding the missing items. Despite their assurance that the order was delivered, they provided me with tracking information indicating that the package was sent to Louisburg, NC, instead of my address here in Zebulon, NC. I have repeatedly explained this discrepancy to them, but they have been unhelpful in resolving the situation.

Placed order took weeks to arrive. Disappointed with the colour very dull cheap silver nothing like the picture, the names on the necklace dark with tiny letters unable to read. Emailed this information took a
Couple more weeks to reply asked for photos which i sent, heard nothing since sent numerous emails for update. Recommend not to order from this company and they are based abroad.

Neckalace broke within minutes

I just received my order. It did take ages, but it arrived. Put on the necklace and it literally broke within 20 minutes. I have sent an email regarding this, however, to have a necklace be of such bad quality that it breaks within minutes makes me think I should have chosen another supplier.
