Issue

The orders I placed appear to have been delivered in the cargo, but the order was not delivered to me. They said they would send me the same product again. I will edit the star and review again when I receive the product.

Moaning minnies

All complaints about delivery times, you do know they are sent from China hence why its so cheap, for the sake of 10-20 pounds for a lovely engraved piece of jewelry why would u even moan, cost me 7.99 for 3 beads engraved with 2 sons and partners names and I'm happy to wait a month for the price, no one is ever happy
If ur buying for a present check wetenots coming from before assuming you will just get next day delivery then moan iys not arrived in time, you've known about this birthday since last year so should of ordered sooner haha

Non existent support

So…..after complaining here that my order was not received I got an email a month and more ago that there was a problem with the delivery and the company are going to send my order within 48 hours and we’re gonna keep me updated. Not surprised no one contacted me after, there is still no answer to my emails, no answer when I call on the number at the website…..no delivery.
Customer support is non existent.
Since the only time Diamofy bothered to reply and take action was after my complaints here I really hope they will do so now, though I really doubt it.

Birthday necklace.

My daughter ordered the necklace for my birthday present a couple of days after my birthday on 24th May 2023. However it was taking a long time to arrive and therefore I wrote to Diamofy explaining the situation. They replied stating they had been in touch with the delivery team who stated my necklace was on it's way. Diamomy asked me to wait between 2-4 day's and if it did not arrive contact them again. On the 3rd day it arrived and it was well worth the wait, the necklace is beautiful and the engraving exactly has requested. I will certainly be ordering from Diamofy again. Thank you.

I will say that I was worried because one month after my purchase... I had not received my package, I live in México, so well... it took its time... but I finally received my little package and I am really glad with my order, I am sure it will make my wife happy. Warning!! Tracking number provided not working

Tracking number provided not working. I have in contact with them and they reply to my email after 3 or more days or close to no reply. I emailed also the contact on the Paypal account. They said to check after 48 hrs but AFTER 1 WEEK, still the tracking says "can't be found."
I will file a dispute against them on Paypal and let Paypal know everything.

Stay Away from this Scam Website: No Refund, No Response, No Good!

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this website to STAY AWAY from this scam.

I placed an order for a necklace last November but immediately cancelled it within 30 minutes due to the long shipping time. The cancellation policy ensures a full refund within 48 hours, so I was well within my rights to do so. However, despite receiving an email confirmation that the refund would be issued and would take 5-10 days to come through, I have been chasing them for 5 MONTHS now and still have not received my payment or any response to my multiple emails to support. Complete silence from this dodgy operation.

It's clear that this website is a scam, and I'm sure that most of the positive reviews here are submitted by the owner and their friends. After each negative review warning people about the scam, there are suddenly a number of 5-star reviews that are suspiciously similar to each other, clearly intended to bury the negative feedback.

I'm extremely angry that I was scammed by this website and I don't want anyone else to lose their money. My advice is to avoid this site at all costs and to warn others about their fraudulent practices.
