Diamondback Fitness - unacceptable

Im writing this after an unacceptable experience with DiamondBack that has been going on for nearly 6 months. I own a Diamondback exercise bike and had started to experience problems with the pedals squeaking and coming loose over the last year. Back in August 2022 the crankset basically gave out. I contacted diamondback and paid for a new pedal crankset. It never arrived despite being told twice that it had shipped. Eventually they admitted they were out of stock and had no idea of when the part would be in. They did refund me in the meantime but they did not suggest any other possible suppliers or offer any kind of indication of when the parts might be available (doesn't say much for their relationship with their suppliers!) The communication was terrible over email and they have never returned one of my many phone calls that I started making in December 2022. It is now March 2023 and I still do not have a bike that works. It is unusable! Diamondback, what am I supposed to do here? Is your answer that the bike is now useless and that I should by a new one? It certainly won't be one of yours! Can you really not replace a core part for one of your own bikes?! I would urge anyone thinking about buying one of their bikes or other products to think again.
