And once we agreed on a price, the process was fast and easy. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone interested in selling.

Great experience, however I got lost, was told to park in lot and he would validate my ticket. Upon being there a long time I had to pay even with the ticket being validated and it wasn’t a good look that I still had to pay for parking

They helped me out when I was in a tough spot, and the process couldn’t be easier. Their customer service is excellent anytime I have a question someone gets back to me very quickly. Highly recommend.

The initial offer based on the pictures was higher than what I was offered in person, but the buyer clearly explained why that was and what they based their offers on. It was an east transaction and I would use them again!!

When I went to Diamond Banc I was extremely disappointed in the tricky tactics they used when buying my 2 1/2,carat diamond ring. The buyer gave me a quote $500.00 less than 2 other buyers but that wasn’t the problem, as it was in the ballpark I suppose. What made me angry was 2 things. One, the man told me they would have to re-cut a perfectly well cut diamond and he followed by asking me to look at it under the microscope and exclaimed “you see that! You see the problems with it!?” I continued to say I saw no problems there, but he was insistent. Following that he stuck to his $2,000.00 offer which I was ok with but then for some reason he thought it necessary to say he was texting someone to get confirmation of the quote and they went back and forth then he said 3 times I tried to get you $2,500.00 (which is actually what others had quoted me), but they said no. But I tried! “ Saying this 3 times was a bit overkill and he was a bad actor so I could just tell he was lying! All of these Shenanigans were unnecessary. Finally, Diamond Banc has been sending me messages for nearly a year asking me to leave a review and they will give me a Starbucks card, which is completely unethical and the reason the company has a five star rating!! At the bottom of the page in small print it says “leaving a review is based on your GENUINE EXPERIENCE but then follows by saying you can’t say you were given an INCENTIVE TO WRITE IT!!! So here you are DB, unlike the others you’ve bribed, I’ve left an honest review. Let’s see if I STILL GET MY STARBUCKS CARD FOR TELLING THE TRUTH!
