I had a good first experience with Diamond Banc. It was very easy to make an appointment, and I received a confirmation email with the time and location, which made everything very convenient. The location and building are very nice, and the overall atmosphere felt professional and welcoming. Jordan was friendly and professional and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I would have liked to receive a little more for the gold, but it was not the lowest offer either.

Glad I found Diamond Banc
I accidentally found Diamond Banc on IG and decided to give them a try. Making an appointment was super easy and Katie has been amazing to work with. She is the real deal-very knowledgeable and explains everything. She even accommodated a reschedule when I had to change my appointment date. She has been very welcoming and answered all my questions. Everything was handled smoothly. The other staff that I have dealt with have also been incredibly professional. Needless to say, I am going to become a regular here.
