Tough negotiator but fair

Diamond Banc bought a wedding/engagement set from me, at about 1/3 market value and offered no receipt or paperwork on the item. Fleeced me, straight up.

I had a wonderful experience with Lyndsey! She was personable, friendly, and quick in assessing the jewelry pieces I brought in (the diamond necklace as well as another heart pendant). I could tell she knew what she was doing, the atmosphere was lovely, and I was out within 25 min. Highly recommend if you are reselling any old jewelry of yours

I went to the Diamond Banc in Scottsdale in need of some money for a gold ring I had. I was given 30% more than anyone else would have paid. Excellent service and polite people.

There was no pushy sales feel at all; he was really fair and transparent throughout our experience, which made us feel respected. Jae is truly a blessed man.
