Very good and made our day at Big Game 13 a lot easier. However, the Car Park could have been sign posted better from the main roads.

I found the system very efficient and my queries were answered promptly. The car park to the stadium was the distance specified.

Quick to park us and a fairly short walk to the stadium. Perhaps a route map link would be useful.
Also, the order confirmation was a little poor / non existent.

Awful service
Awful service. The car park I had paid for was closed on match day, no number to call and have not replied to numerous emails asking for a refund. Avoid at all costs.

I do apologise if our response never came through to yourself.
We responded asking you a question and were awaiting a response from yourself to make confirmations.
However, I will forward you now the refund receipt from the refund we processed when we didn't hear back from you.
Unfortunately, as per your email the match was cancelled at twickenham stadium and as such we received over 100 emails to refund the costs as the car park was also closed due to the game not being held, we have processed these refunds. Usually it takes between 3 and 7 working days for refunds to return to yourself as per our terms on the website.
It should land with you now in the next day or 2 (working days)
Once again apologies if you haven't received any communication, however we did respond and it may have landed in your spam folder.
I am more than happy to give you a call should you wish to discuss it.

Good Evening Jonathan.
I do apologise if you haven't received your confirmation email, I wonder though, have you tried your spam folder? It can on occasion appear here which means our responses to emails would also appear here.
You emailed us on the 26th November to which we responded on the same day at 10:14am - You then emailed on the 28th to say we hadn't responded and Paul who dealt with the email responded on the same day at 13:31pm attaching proof of response form the first email.
Could you please check your spam emails from the 26th and 28th.
Our response to your first email started "Yes, we have received your booking".
We do not currently operate a phone number as with our website movement we also moved our phone services and they have yet to come active.
If you wish for me to give you a call I am more than happy to do so if you want to email us and let us know.
