I cannot recommend Saad highly enough. I had to buy myself a diamond ring for a special anniversary and
had to make the decision alone, as no one in the family could come to help me decide. Not easy for me. He was extremely patient as l dithered and dithered! I even bought a ring home and then changed my mind for another one. . He never pushed me into making a choice and patiently waited. I cannot recommend this man highly enough Thank you very much Saad. I love my new ring.

Where do I even start? Sa'ad was absolutely phenomenal in his service. Being a repeat customer, I already knew how great the service was but this exceeded all my expection. Even taking calls outside of working hours to ensure that our needs are met, there was not too many questions. Being a novice regarding rings, he explained the whole process to me simply and guiding me to the best possible option according to the style, design and budget I had in mind. I would 1000% recommend Sa'ad for his high end authentic bespoke jewellery and the customer service he provides all his customers. Sa'ad stands by his honesty, integrity and service and that's what makes him different from all the other shops I went to. I cannot rate him highly enough.

Excellent service!!! Gave me a very good price for my bridal set rings, a lot of jewellerys wouldn't accept as it wasn't a single diamond and wouldn't even value my ring.....but these guys told me the same as all the rest but still valued it and offered me a price as this was a very difficult time for me, they were very compassionate and I left happy with the price offered for the rings......thanks again guys!!

Saad was very knowledgeable and eager to help you find the ring that would suit your needs and budget. Customer service was amazing and the quality of his jewellery is fantastic, I got loads of compliments on my diamond ring.

Been to Hatton garden looking for a ring as most people do eventually found these guys the type of ring i liked was shown and made some custom changes the details of diamond were explained to me in full at no point was i being push into a sale. The engagement ring was made earlier then requested and is even better that i had anticipated. FANTASTIC SERVICE
