Arrived to carry out lounge decorating a day late. No dust sheets provided to protect carpet and only some items of furniture protected from paint splash. Broadband box smeared with emulsion (they have attempted to wipe it off but still a mess). Small paint spatters here and there on carpet. Again did try to wipe off but found lots more after job complete. Despite pleasant, well mannered lads attending....I would say definitely not professional decorators. Would not recommend.

Update 31.07.2026 - a refund has now been received. The company have responded to my concerns about their sales tactics, asking me to consider updating my review, and here is an extract from their response.

‘Our salesperson has provided their account of events, which differs from your interpretation, and we are satisfied that no undue pressure or coercion was applied. Nevertheless, as a responsible company, we have reviewed the concerns you raised internally.’

As we have not instructed them to complete work I cannot give a review on their work.

Original review; BEWARE - This company appears to be fraudulent. They have visited my elderly father and friend and pressured them into paying £900 for a new shower as a £400 deposit and £500 for a survey. They have tried to cancel the contract the following day and requested a refund. The refund has not arrived. They were very cunning in their sales pitch and subsequent contacts. They have not responded to an email request for cancellation and refund. We are reporting them for fraud to the police and trading standards.
