Hello. The real Diamond Logistics Ltd does not monitor this Trustpilot site - it was established by a well meaning ex-employee and we've only just discovered it (June 2023). We have not, and will not, respond to the mostly spurious comments on here that bear no resemblance to the reality of the client experience at Diamond. We have 30+ Network Partners, thousands of very happy customers and 31 years in the business - and if these reviews were real, in the extremely competitive industry that is logistics, we simply wouldn't still exist. Been using this company since 2023

Been using this company since 2023, specifically the Eastbourne team. They are great, the phone is always answered, and the delivery driver is always on time. Thanks all :)

Unfortunately a small admin error…

Unfortunately a small admin error caused a bit of a problem and extra stress.. a mattress was delivered to a wrong address, that looked similar to ours..
Because of health problems, my Mum and a kind neighbour ended up having to carry it about 200 m to our house.. so not the end of the world, but not ideal.. and a bit stressful trying to work out from a photo of confirmation of delivery, where they had incorrectly delivered to (it was actually DHL that was the final courier - but they had been given the wrong information from Diamond Logistics).
(£149 was paid for the delivery service )

Joanne at Bournemouth branch

Wanted to say how impressed I am with Joanne ant the Bournemouth branch. Orchestrated the sale and delivery of a paddle board for me on behalf of Fatstick, everything went very smoothly and I really appreciate her fantastic customer service.

Outstanding Service

I recently had the pleasure of using Diamond Logistics for my shipping needs, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. The team at Diamond Logistics went above and beyond to ensure that my package was handled with care and delivered on time.

Its absolutely a scam

Its absolutely a scam. First they tell you to pay 150£ for the parcel to get delivered. and once they get this money they send another email asking for 350. I don't have that money, and they don't want to refund what I already paid.

Don't Trust Diamond Logistice

First email about delivery not from Yodel but from Diamond Logistics on 3rd November stating parcel dispatched that day from their depot for 48 hour delivery by Yodel and estimated delivery date 7th Nov.
That email gave their email address for queries but my email, sent in absence of delivery, was returned undelivered.
First communication from Yodel late on 7th November with delivery on 8th November.

I purchased something from online store…

I purchased something from online store and unfortunately they used Diamond Logistics for sending the item.

The courier has been moved to 3 different companies..

First DHL and next day to DPD then to UKMail still nothing arrived as order placed a week ago

True face of John bagley diamond logistics

I was working as a driver in Leeds, under manager John bagley, one of the worst experiences I have had in my life,I was informed out of wage they gana cut £100 vat out, if am working for a company under self employed I do t have to pay tax?? And if you ask management any questions there is a £25 admin fee,I got all the messages information on my phone,on top of that me as a self employed driver have to send an invoice to John bagley how much money I think I have earned, what sort of management is this or a company, working for diamonds it was like hell, my advise go work for amazon after each set shift you go home, not at diamonds, its Saturday today and still haven't been paid,

Completely unhelpful

After the company putting down the wrong flat number on my delivery (when it was there correct on the order form) they then informed me it can’t be changed. It was then on 48 hour delivery from dispatch and still wasn’t with me 5 days later. I emailed them several times and they were the most unhelpful people I have ever come across. Instead of looking into where my delivery was and when I could expect it - like I asked several times, I was just given speculative answers as to why it could possibly be late? It eventually randomly turned up a week later after not hearing from them again. Happened to be delivered to the correct flat as the Evri courier recognised my name from previous deliveries! Absolutely useless company

Ordered from supplier

Ordered from supplier, info from supplier clearly shows correct address, logistics company then change the number and DHL then proceed to try deliver to wrong address, all because logistics company are not as logistical as they pertain to be, now awaiting a redelivery, not happy would not advise using them

Abusive, Stay Clear... Cowboy Kings!

Items ordered online from Furniture in Fashion and allocated to this haulier [Diamond Logistics]. Diamond Logistics are a network partnership so each Service Centre recruits and manages their own team. The issues raised relate to Diamond Logistics Bolton. Been waiting 3 consecutive weekends for an AM call to confirm they will be delivering as per their process advised by their office/admin team which did not happen. Diamond Logistics Bolton admin team only work weekdays but their drivers only work weekends - so when things go wrong you can't speak to anyone on the weekend. Eventually when they did make contact it was in the afternoon and when they were informed it was too late as I was elsewhere dealing with the aftermath of my fathers funeral and could therefore not accept the delivery due to no notification as per their own process, the driver abruptly hung up. I called the driver back as the number was not withheld and he and his mate found it amusing. The driver from Diamond Logistics [Bolton] then proceeded for some unknown reason to send sarcastic and abusive texts [swearing] and later called me making threats of violence. Raised the issues with Furniture in fashion whom I purchased the items from and they didn't seem to care. Located a contact name for their Group Operations Director [effectively Head Office] and escalated by providing evidence of texts. They apologised - still awaiting their response with regards to investigation. Disgusting people at the Bolton branch who do not follow their own processes, consistently lie, do not value your time and have no idea how to treat others.

Only interested in charging

Diamond have a system whereby local agents are processing the parcels on their behalf on some sort of freelance basis however they have an accounts system which invoices you based upon the initial parcel delivery being booked rather than proof of a successful delivery.
It doesnt matter if there is no tracking information on their own system to confirm delivery has happened or if a next day delivery has taken 5 days to get there.
They aren't interested in whether they have provided the service. They have an automated system which just invoices everything for the week, as originally booked, with a direct debit to scoop up the money.
You end up being invoiced in full for parcels which have not met the next day delivery service or for parcels which disappear into the ether with no confirmation that Diamond handed them over to the relevant courier in the first place.
I'd avoid them if you can.

Terrible communication!

Whilst I understand that sometimes things go awry, and mistakes are made, the thing that I found the most frustrating in dealing with this company during the course of the issues I experienced with them is something they could so easily improve - communication.

Each and every time I called, I was told I would be called back with an update. Not once, over the course of 5 days, did this happen. Each and every time it was me that had to call them for updated information on the whereabouts of my parcel. I could not recommend this company in any way.

Parcel due overnight not delivered

Parcel due overnight not delivered. My daughter's birthday surprise is now spoiled because of this. Contact was made to get delivered the following day still not delivered. Still don't know when parcel will be delivered. They passed it to TNT who then pass it to FedEx!!!!!!!!!

Avoid - useless!

Spoken to them on the phone five times about a missing parcel, they always say they will look into but not once have got back to me. Very poor company to deal with - avoid.

Multiple fail

I was told my parcel was insured. It was not
I did not receive a copy of my order until things went wrong
The parcel was delivered to the wrong address

I subsequently pick up the bill for the damage when the person at the wrong address did not report the damage to the courier... Apparently its my fault.
