I am so in love with my new pendant! Hoping it passes the test of time. The stone is gorgeous!

I would like to give my opinion on the quality of service at Diamond Factory.
It is not my habit to buy a ring on the internet because the risk remains high of being scammed.
In the case of DiamondFactory, the professionalism is already evident on the online sales site.
All the checks I carried out on the geographical coordinates of the agencies provided, etc., quickly reassured me as to the seriousness of the company.
Not only is it easy to make a choice, but the precise information provided on gemstones, metals, how to set diamonds, maintenance methods, etc. is very valuable. This allows you to choose according to your tastes but also your wallet.
In addition, the jewelry simulations and images are accurate.
What is also striking is the remarkable patience and collaboration with the staff online.
These people are attentive, attentive and competent. A real pleasure.
The whole procedure, up to the sending and receiving of the finished jewelry, took place as quickly and safely as possible.

I bought a diamond pendant cost me 2700.00 so not cheap the mount is nothing like the one i ordered takes ages to talk to some waited 3 weeks and now just before christmas i got to return so so disappointed will never buy again

Professionnel and fast. I needed the delivery to be 2 weeks faster and they made it happen.

They have good prices, they have a customer support, but this ring was send back 2 times, one was normal resizing.

But after resizing the ring was deformed, therefore customer support was brilliant and offer us to make a new ring, which was great.

But this is what happen one month ago, my fiancée was at the airport and the diamond felt.... Luckily, it felt on the luggage tray and she realize it, but i do not want to even think what would happen if she did not notice, as you can imagine the diamond is the more expensive.

I am extremely disappointed by the quality of their job, i am pretty sure that the customer support would offer me to send it back and get an other one, but this already the second time, and we prefer to bring it to a proper jewelry in order to avoid loosing the diamond...

Sad experience, specially when you put the price for it, and also as this should be a cheerful event, and not anger or frustration.

Again the price of the diamond is really fair, but the quality of the manufacture is not there.....

From the moment I contacted the Diamond Factory until my earrings arrived I had excellent service.
Jaclyn from the Glasgow showroom went above and beyond to ensure I got the best diamonds for my budget. Not once was I pressurised to go for something more expensive.
She kept me updated throughout and went out of her way to get my earrings to me before we left for our holiday. When my purchase arrived I was absolutely delighted with them. I was a little hesitant about buying diamonds without seeing them first but the earrings I received were far superior to what I had seen in jeweller's for the same price. I would definitely recommend them.

The diamond is spectacular.

After considering and chatting about delivery time with customer service, I ordered the desired necklace by email as requested by customer service as they said they would take my order this way to make it faster. As requested, I included a screenshot from the webshop with the necklace, price and specifications. One day after my order, they returned and said they could not take my order - as the price was increased by 40% overnight due to the increase in the silver price! I checked the silver market price - it had dropped 2% the same day ... Would be nice to know if it is custom for Diamond Factory to make big price increases on well-considered placed orders to see if customers just pay now where they have decided and have ordered.

I've bought 0.4ct VVS1 diamond earing from Diamond Factory about two month ago. I have paid for the authenticity certificate and when the order arrived it included a letter apologizing for not sending the certificate and that it will be sent to me a few days later.
Two month after I have still not received the authenticity certificate so how should I know that the earings I have bought matches the quality described?
I hope to have an answer from Diamond Factory team.

I must admit that I was sceptical at first: who would want to buy its engagement ring on the internet, without seeing it first !
Well Diamonds Factory were the only one who offered exactly the type of ring that i wanted and that I always dreamed of and at a fair price in comparison with all the jeweller that we met, so my fiance and I thought WHY NOT !
They always have been nice, answered all my doubts and questions each times I called or wrote an email.
The ring arrived with one week delay than annouced but it was definitely worth to wait: the most amazing engagement ring I had ever seen was delivered at home! I never thought I could have the perfect ring nd this is just it! i simply adore it.
