Good Quality ...
I have an allergy when I wear piercings and have tried all sorts of metals over the years. I bought sterling silver diamond earrings from the Diamond Factory and I am able to wear the earrings without getting infections on my ears. The quality is obviously second to none as I can never wear piercings normally. I will definitely purchase from the Diamond Factory again!

Fabtastic Experience and Customer Service
From start to finish the staff at Diamonds Factory were on hand to help me design the perfect engagement ring for me and my Fiancée.
I couldn't fault the process and after seeing what was on offer, designing the perfect ring for us was a simple process. Through their website I was able to tailor the ring to our style and we both couldn't be happier with the finished product.
Communication with the Dublin store was fantastic and the staff were friendly, attentative and knowledgeable on their product.
I would highly recommend Diamond Factory and their stores for finding the perfect engagement ring. They did not dissapoint and neither did the finished ring.

Brianna was lovely and so informative and patient. I absolutely love the ring. I had to return an online order and that was a bit trickier - no-one answering phone/email repeatedly, I also wasn't 100% sure on how to return based on the info on the website. This was frustrating considering the return window, I was trying to contact them for 2+ weeks with no response. I will say when I mentioned it to the ladies in the shop they were so helpful. My return was received and refunded promptly which was a relief. Would definitely buy from the shop in Galway again. Thank you

Poor response from customer service
I find their communication to be extremely disappointing. I sent numerous emails with a change of ring size and no reply received.
I also selected a different delivery address and what a mistake!!! They require ID, proof of address, completed letter with instructions that its OK to deliver to that new address etc etc. I selected my work address.
And to make matters worse, I have now sent the required information twice but yet again - no reply. No one has confirmed this is ok to proceed with the order.

If the shipping address is placed to be the same as the billing address (as per the payment method used) this drastically reduces the risk that the purchase made is fraudulent. However, if the shipping address is different, this raises the likelihood. Therefore for the verification of the purchase not being fraudulent, we request documentation to verify the customer placing the order. This process is in place because we take matters like this seriously to ensure not only confidence for ourselves but for our customers as well
