Not the best experience
Ordered item as a gift and then was just refunded the item out of the blue 2 days later with now explanation. Only for my notification from PayPal I'd of never noticed. I paid for express delivery and that wasn't refunded.
I rang them and they were like "oh it must be out of stock" no really apology or anything!

Great service. So easy to buy the lovely Michael Kors watch. Picked it up from the Navan store and it was gift wrapped by the lovely assistant. Perfect. Would highly recommend.
