I ordered two items last year. The first arrived within a reasonable time. The second, despite several emails that have all been ignored, has not.

Doesn’t work as indicated in product description. Customer service is nonexistent &there’s no way to contact by phone since a number is not provided. 4 emails & no response. I placed an order earlier this month, received an email to complete my order. I assumed the order didn’t go through. I ended up having a duplicate order which was charged. 2 devices, 2 charges on my credit card. So I’m stuck with 2 devices that are useless. I thought I’d try to use as touch ups after professional laser hair removal. What a mistake. A flash of light & a heat sensation & that’s about it.

I ordered after seeing an Instagram post and decided a few hours later I wanted to cancel my order. I found a lot of negative reviews after I ordered, my fault, however, I emailed the day of the order, the day I received the order and a dozen other times. Absolutely no response. That tells you all you need to know about this company. They obviously don't stand behind their product if they won't respond to a request for a refund. Stay away!

Total scam. Order an item that was never delivered. The only way to contact this company is by emails. I have sent multiple emails and there has been no response at all. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DIAMOND SKIN PRO

Complete scam and please ignore the Instagram adverts for this. No response from the helpdesk either and email address doesn’t seem correct either. Don’t buy on instagram-I bought another item at the same time and that has turned out to be useless as well (but at least there was a support team to contact). Products do not work!!

The site states 11 days for delivery, I'm now at 3 weeks, with my order still not despatched. I've contacted Diamond Skin 3 times with no response. I'd avoid this company at all cost.

I echo all the other reviews. Does not work, complete waste of time and money. Poor customer services so unable to return! Tried it for around 9 months, 2xweekly then weekly and it hasn't even slightly reduced hair growth. Stopped using as it started burning. No reply from company.

note: IPL is not the same as laser hair removal. I had my eyebrows lasered and after 3 sessions it was done.
I used IPL for my underarms, every few days, maximum strength, and after a few months lessened to once a week, etc. it has taken a full year for the hair to completely stop. So it's a matter of paying more and getting immediate results, or paying less but requiring patience and consistency. Keep in mind you can only "kill" the hair by working on it while in the "growth" phase, and at any given time hairs will be in different stages.

SCAM!!! My laser hair remover has completely stopped working and I’ve emailed and left msgs but got no response. Completely fuming as it seems other are having the same issue. It’s a lot of money for something that doesn’t last 5 mins. Also - it gets really hot and has to be turned off for a while in the middle of using it to cool it down. Been a waste of time too as I now can’t finish the treatment and hair is growing back. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO THIS SCAM! (I’m just glad I didn’t trust it enough to try it on my face!)

Total scam like everyone else says. I’ve had professional laser hair removal done when it works it literally “sizzles” the hair immediately and destroys the hair at the root leaving a hair that falls out in a day or so. This useless thing doesn’t even come close. I’ve religiously used it every four days on my facial hair for 3 months and it has had no result, and I have very light skin and dark hair, which is the perfect conditions for laser hair removal. This is simply not a laser hair removal system. AND it gets SO hot it almost burns you!! DON’T waste your money on this non-refundable junk.

Bought an IPL hair removal after seeing it advertised on a "sponsored" site in their top 5.

Have been using it religiously for 6 weeks following instructions and has made no difference at all. I'm fair with dark hair and use it on the highest setting.

Frankly I suspect it's a pile of rubbish.

Also no mention in the instructions to protect your eyes. And if you read up on it you can seriously damage your eyes with this kind of light if used in face.

Lesson learnt and back to shaving only.

Doesn't work at all yet is being advertised on social media by companies claiming to have tried and tested 5 different models. This one is the highest rated as well as being the cheapest, leading you to purchase. It doesn't come from the UK and the returns policy is a joke.. AVOID!!!!!

This just doesn’t work. Have used for the 12 weeks and beyond. What a waste of my time. Regrowth is just as strong. The instructions are sketchy at best and give little idea about how to use the device. I would not recommend.

I bought their IPL laser hair removal. This is the most disappointing product I have ever bought and tried. Trying it on my lower leg, after 3 months , strictly following the instructions , my legs look disgusting, I have more hair on my legs then before. I totally regret trying it and spending the money in it.

I did a massive amount of research before buying and did establish in their T’s and C’s that they do not refund but you can have one of their other products if not satisfied.
I am astonished there are no proper instructions with it.
Do you use it on dry skin or use a gel medium for best conduction.should one wear eye protection more than standard sunglasses?

Diamond Skin Pro Red Light Therapy Wand review:
It arrived in the product box without instructions or anything denoting Diamond Pro, or Red Light Therapy. They sent the wrong color wand as well. I tried to use it and it seemed to turn off and only worked when pressed into the palm of my hand. The rotating head was touchy and would flash off and on. It died after 4 uses. I'm not sure what they're selling, but it should be banned from the internet. I reached out and they refunded my money without a second reply. BE WARE.

My IPL from here is great only used it a hand full of times & I'm already seeing results.

I got mine as a Christmas gift. I've being using it twice a week since the start of January (i'm at week 7). I think I am beginning to see results - it does recommend 1 -2 sessions for 8-12 weeks.

I wear sunglasses and also cover any moles/freckles on the treatment area with white eyeliner when using the machine.

Bought a 2 in 1 slimming machine triple the price of everyone else
It says it heats up but it doesn’t so I feel scammed
