Terrible packing. I ordered 4 minis. One came with a hole in the middle the other canvas was sunken in so bad I won’t waste my time with. While waitin over 6 weeks for that order, I purchased 2 more canvases. When it came they send a floral instead of what I ordered. I’m still waiting for it’s replacement. The tracking number they gave won’t track. Never again.

I ordered 2 mini paint by number kits several weeks ago. They did not arrive and the company blamed me for a wrong address. Then they said the package was returned to them and I needed to send them $7 to reship. I refused. Then they said the package had been delivered to me and that I had signed for it. This is totally untrue. I have sent several emails to them and made several phone calls which have not been returned. This company is unreliable and they are liars. I am out $42.97 and will report them as a fraudulent company. They are refusing to give me a refund.

This website has stolen my artwork and is selling it without my permission. This site will take your money and you will NOT receive any product. All contact info on this site is unreachable.

I received my order as described, but it took almost a month. Also, my debit card was hacked after ordering from this company. I'm not saying they did it, but I don't think they have good security. So be very careful when ordering on line, do your research first!

Just saw a friend’s artwork on this site which they outright stole! When she confronted them about their theft, they asked HER for her copyright info and refuse to take down her artwork. Do not purchase from this company as it doesn’t credit or pay its artists. Illegal!

I have found that this business steals art from artists.

This company steals the work of artists and then sells it as cheap garbage to unsuspecting customers.
They are criminal and should not be allowed to function.

Items didn't arrive. Don't use this company.

My package never arrived after several months. I contacted the company and was told to check the tracking site which I did. The tracker said it had been returned to sender. I then contacted the company again and asked thenm to resend or refund. Their reply was I had 3 days to contact the local delivery company or else pay another $7 for shipping and that no refund would be issued. I then checked the tracking site and the order now does not exist. This is a joke. Do not order from this company.

Disappointed with the shipping condition and dime-store quality of the product. Would not order from this company again.
There were several creases that did not come out after spritzing with water, as they recommended. The canvas was sagging in the middle and was poorly set on the frame - I had to completely take it apart.
