Huge rate increase recently
I used to like the service and gave it a five star. But recently there was a rate hike from 1 cent a minute to 2.5 cent a minute and this was a huge increase. The quality of the call also seems not as good as before.

Easy and reliable but the line cut off every hour in a long call
The system is easy to use and always works. The reason I gives it a four star is that in a long phone call, the line is cut off very hour. One has to dial the number again. it's inconvenient and very annoying.

I am not able to call any number in China on May 29th and 30th with numerous attempts
I am not able to call any number in China since May 29th Monday. I attempted numerous times on May 29th and 30th. I called a few numbers in China, including fixed line and mobile. It always rang once then disconnected. I also tried different access number including Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, all having same issue.
I had this issue a few weeks ago and reported to customer support. I was told it's one-off but it seems recurring.
I have been with DianhuaChina.com for many years. If this problem persists and I am not able to make overseas calls when needed, I have to ask for refund of remaining credit and find another service provider.
