leveringsproblemen

Ik heb ongeveer twee maanden geleden twee producten besteld bij Dibbern. Na vijf weken had ik nog niets ontvangen, dus heb ik contact opgenomen. Daar kreeg ik geen reactie op, maar kort daarna ontving ik wel een verzendmelding van DHL.

Helaas werd uiteindelijk maar één van de twee producten geleverd. Mijn tweede e-mail met de vraag waar het ontbrekende product blijft, is inmiddels al meer dan 10 dagen onbeantwoord. Telefonisch krijg je alleen een automatisch antwoordapparaat.

Ik heb hier eerder besteld en toen ging alles zonder problemen. Juist daarom valt deze ervaring extra tegen. Wat mij vooral stoort is het gebrek aan communicatie – een korte reactie was wel zo netjes geweest.

Jammer, ik hoop dat dit alsnog wordt opgelost.
