Okay so me and my partner absolutely love this site he bought me the most lovely customized case and dice set for our anniversary and I use them constantly and the owners were so lovely he left them a thank you email because what they gave us was spectacular and they were the sweetest and here I am a year later ordering some dice for him and our dnd party and i received the best customer service i have ever had with anything i think I’ve bought online one of the dice had a manufacturing error i decided to keep the dice and the error isn’t even that big but still got a refund two free pens and a lovely message and when i mentioned who I was they were so happy to hear from us we need to give this business more love because it is what we need in the dnd community I sincerely hope that these guys open a store or something one day because they just deserve that success and i would love to be a patron

Might seem a lot over some dice but continually the dice we buy from them have incredible sentimental value to myself and my partner

After being on the fence for about a year on starting dnd, I decided I'd make a push and bought my first dice and a few small pieces, as the other things that caught my eye were out of stock. They came very fast, well packaged, but the best thing was that on an uncertain whim, I asked on the special instructions for any recommendations for a beginner, books and whatnot. I didn't think I'd get a reply on it, but I DID! I actually got a written note on my invoice giving me suggestions for what to get, which I thought was super sweet.

Happy to say that I'm now a smitten owner of some lovely blue cats eye dice (the first of many), and a massive thank you for whoever took the time to write the note for me. Love the smiley face! Rest assured, the sticker and pen they kindly sent as well will be with me for my future DND endeavours, and I will indeed be on the lookout in the future for a nice dice tray and hopefully a stylish writing pad ^u^. Overall, just great service from some really nice people! Could not be happier <3.
